Why I work this way
I taught myself to code as a teen. I started by building physical products, robots and electronics projects. Later I ran my own businesses. Some worked and some did not. I bought businesses and I sold them.
Most software is made in one of two ways. A developer builds what the spec says, gets paid and leaves. Or an agency keeps you on a costly plan so you cannot leave.
I think both are wrong. If you are free to leave and you still stay, the work is good. So I build software you own, and I look after it for as long as it helps you.

What happens after I book a call?
We talk for 30 minutes about your business and what you need. There is no sales pitch. You leave with a clear next step, and if we are a good fit, I send you a fixed price and a timeline in writing.
What are the steps, from first call to launch?
First we talk, then I send a fixed price and timeline. I build it in stages and we check in once a week. When it is ready, we launch it together, and I hand over everything with the Owner's Manual.
How do I pay?
You pay in stages. We agree the parts of the project up front, and you pay for each part as it is finished. You never pay far ahead of the work.
How long will it take?
It depends on the job, and you get the timeline in writing before we start. As a guide, the Go-Live Plan takes three working days, and ForgA, a full marketplace, took five weeks to build.
How much of my time will it take?
Not much. We start with one kickoff call, then a short check-in each week. In between, I may send you the odd quick question.
Is my project too small?
Projects start at $1,500. If yours is smaller, still get in touch. I will point you to the right help for free.
Can you work with what I already have?
Yes. I work with apps made in Bubble, Lovable, Replit and other no-code or AI tools, and with apps a developer or agency wrote. If moving your app somewhere else would be better, I explain why before you decide.
What would an AI agent actually do for my business?
It takes care of everyday tasks that eat your time. For example, it can answer common customer emails, chase late invoices, sort new leads, or turn your notes into quotes. You still check anything important before it goes out.
Do I need the Care plan?
No, it is optional. With it, I check your app or software every week and fix problems early. Without it, you can come back to me for a fixed-price fix whenever you need one.
Do I own what you build?
If I build your app, it is yours completely: the code, the data and every account, in your name from day one. For business software, some packages start from a ready-built core that I license to you, and everything I customize for you on top of it is yours. The licensed core is for running your own business, so it can't be resold or used to build a competing product. I'll tell you which applies before any work starts.
You're one person. What if you're not available?
Everything I build comes with the Owner's Manual, which explains how it works and where everything lives. You also own the code and every account, so any developer can pick it up and carry on.
What if we stop working together?
You keep everything. The Owner's Manual shows the next developer how it all works, so they can take over without starting again.
Where are you based?
I am based in the UAE. I work with business owners in the US, the UK and around the world, and we book calls at times that suit you.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within a few hours. I read and answer every message myself.
Do you need my customers' data?
No. I only need to see your numbers, like sales or bookings, not your customers' personal details. Their information stays private.
