Your data, in plain words
This page tells you what I collect on this site, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

Who I am
This site is run by Blur Studio LLC, a company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Blur Studio LLC decides what happens with your data on this site. I'm Ranjit Bhinge, and I run it. When this page says "I" or "me", it means Blur Studio LLC. If you have a question, email me at hi@blurstudio.ai.
What I collect
What you give me. When you fill in a form or book a call, I get what you type. That can be:
- your name and email
- your company name and website
- the web address of your app, and your role
- what you tell me about your app or your business
What your browser sends. Every website gets your IP address and some facts about your browser. I use these to stop spam and bots.
How you use the site. Only if you say yes to cookies: which pages you visit, which buttons you click, and which ad or link brought you here.
Ad tags in the web address. If you came from a link with tags like utm_source or gclid, I save those tags in your browser. When you book a call, I pass them to Cal.com so I know which ad worked.
The free app scan
When you ask for a scan, you give me a web address and your email. My scanner then visits the public pages of that address, the same pages any visitor can see. It does not log in. It does not touch data behind a login. I store the address, your email, your role, your IP address and the results, so I can send you the report.
Why I use it
- To answer you. You asked me for something, like a scan, a report or a call. I need your details to do it.
- To keep the site safe. I check for bots and spam. This is my "legitimate interest".
- To improve the site and my ads. Only if you say yes to cookies. You can change your mind at any time.
I do not sell your data. I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Who I share it with
I use a few trusted services to run this site. They only use your data to do their job for me.
Some of these services store data outside the UK and the EU, for example in the United States. When they do, they use legal safeguards such as standard contracts.
How long I keep it
- Messages, bookings and form details: up to 2 years after we last spoke, unless we work together. Then I keep them as long as the law needs, for things like invoices.
- Scan results: up to 12 months.
- Visit data in Google Analytics: up to 14 months.
- Your cookie choice and ad tags: in your own browser, until you clear them.
Cookies
When you first visit, I ask if you are OK with cookies. Until you say yes, Google Analytics and Google Ads set no cookies, and TinyStats does not load.
If you say yes, Google may set cookies like _ga to count visits and ad clicks. TinyStats saves a small note in your browser to link an ad click to a booking.
Some things are always on, because the site needs them to work. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for bots on forms. Cal.com may set its own cookies when you open the booking calendar.
You can change your mind at any time. Press the button below and I will ask you again.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- show you the data I have about you
- fix anything that is wrong
- delete your data
- stop using your data for a certain thing
- send your data to you in a file you can use elsewhere
If you live in the UK or the EU, the GDPR gives you these rights. I give them to everyone. Email hi@blurstudio.ai and I will reply within 30 days. It is free.
If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK, that is the ICO (ico.org.uk). In the EU, it is the authority in your country.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If I change this page, I will update the date at the top. If the change is big, I will make it clear on the site.
