Sellercloud alternatives: is there a simpler tool for my channels?
Short answer: Sellercloud is an operations platform for marketplace sellers that handles inventory, orders, listings, purchasing, warehouse work and shipping in one system. As of November 2026 it starts at $1,349 a month (Essentials) and $1,998 a month (Growth), usually on an annual contract. Simpler and cheaper options include Veeqo (free shipping tools, inventory from $19 a month), Sumtracker (from $59 a month), Zoho Inventory (free plan) and Cin7 (from $349 a month). Linnworks and Brightpearl are quote-only.
You want something lighter than Sellercloud to keep stock, orders and listings in line across your channels, and you want to see real prices.
I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. I build AI systems and processes that help businesses do a lot more with a lot less time. I also work differently from most of what else is out there, more on that further down this page. Say hello.
Why do people look for a Sellercloud alternative?
Sellercloud is built for marketplace sellers who ship a lot: Amazon, Walmart, eBay and similar. It does a great deal, and the price reflects that. The usual reasons for looking elsewhere:
- Entry price: as of November 2026, Essentials starts at $1,349 a month and Growth at $1,998. Plans are typically annual, and final pricing depends on order volume, fulfillment mix and add-ons.
- Setup time: Sellercloud says most implementations take about six to eight weeks.
- More than you need: if you do not run a warehouse, you may never touch most of the features.
- Quote-based: you need a proposal to know your real bill, which is hard to compare against a tool with a public price.
On the plus side, it includes unlimited users, plugins and integrations, and it has an API. If your team is large, that no per-seat fee matters. See my guide to inventory management systems if you are unsure which category of tool you need.
What are the best Sellercloud alternatives?
Blur Studio (best value)
A ready-built, well-tested core with a different pricing model: no per-seat fees, and it covers almost all the features you'd actually need, usually working out to the best value for money. On top of that, Blur Studio builds owned customizations, meaning you can ask for it to be modified to your exact specifications, and you own those modifications outright. - Best for: Businesses that need software that works without barriers, no unnecessary fees and options to customize it to their needs.
Veeqo
Veeqo is a multichannel shipping and inventory tool owned by Amazon. Its Shipping plan is free, with unlimited users, products and warehouses, and works with Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, WooCommerce and more. Veeqo earns a small commission on labels bought through it. The Inventory plan, which adds stock sync, demand forecasting, picking tools and unlimited listings, is priced by monthly order volume from $19 a month. High Volume starts at $350 a month and adds an account manager and ERP links such as NetSuite.
- Best for: Sellers who want to start free and pay only as order volume grows.
Sumtracker
Sumtracker is an inventory sync tool for Shopify and marketplace sellers. It is priced by yearly sales orders, not revenue. At 2,500 orders a year, Manage (stock sync across channels, bundles, barcode scanning, API) is $59 a month billed monthly, or $50 billed annually. Replenish adds purchase orders, forecasting and reorder suggestions at $119 monthly or $100 annually. At 25,000 orders a year Manage is $179 monthly. Both plans include up to 10 warehouses and 10 sales channels, and there is a 14-day free trial.
- Best for: Small and mid-size sellers whose core problem is overselling.
Zoho Inventory
Zoho Inventory is an inventory and order tool from Zoho, the business software company. It lists a free plan (50 orders, 1 user, 1 location), and paid tiers that raise orders, users and locations. Zoho prices differ by region, so check the Zoho pricing page for your own dollar price. It connects to Amazon, Etsy and Shopify.
- Best for: Very small sellers who already use other Zoho products or want to start free.
Cin7
Cin7 is inventory and order management software for product businesses. As of November 2026, Standard is $349 a month (5 users, 2 ecommerce integrations, 6,000 sales orders a year). Pro is $599 (10 users, 4 integrations, 24,000 orders a year, adds material requirements planning). Advanced is $1,199 (15 users, 6 integrations, 120,000 orders a year). Extra integrations are bought separately.
- Best for: Sellers who want planning tools such as material requirements planning (working out what parts to buy to make a product) as they grow.
Linnworks
Linnworks is a multichannel selling platform for inventory, orders, listings and shipping. Pricing is a tailored quote. Linnworks says plans are priced on order volume, not revenue, with no percentage fees, and add-on modules for advanced features.
- Best for: Sellers who want a close Sellercloud competitor and are ready to get a quote.
Brightpearl
Brightpearl is a retail operations platform for inventory, orders, accounting and forecasting. It prices by quote, includes unlimited users, and says customers go live in 90 to 120 days on average.
- Best for: Larger retailers and wholesalers that want an ERP-style system built for retail.

What does it cost at three sizes? (made-up examples)
- Small, 200 orders a month (2,400 a year): Sumtracker Manage is about $59 monthly billed. Veeqo Inventory starts from $19 a month, and Zoho has a free plan. Sellercloud would be a poor fit.
- Mid-size, 2,000 orders a month: Cin7 Pro at $599 is one option. Sumtracker at 25,000 orders a year is $179 for Manage. Check the order caps on each, because going over a cap changes the price.
- Larger, several warehouses: Sellercloud Growth from $1,998, Linnworks or Brightpearl by quote. This is where the bigger platforms earn their cost.
When is a custom layer the better fit?
You do not always need to replace a platform. Sometimes the gap is small: one odd supplier file, one report you rebuild in a spreadsheet every Friday, one rule for splitting orders. A custom layer sits next to your tool and handles only that gap. It reads your orders and stock, applies your own rules, and sends results back or shows them on a simple page. I cover the basics of this kind of automation in business process automation.
If your real problem is stock that goes wrong between channels, read how to stop overselling before you buy anything, and the multichannel inventory management software guide for a wider comparison.
Need something completely custom?
Everything above is a path to get it running quick and cheap. But sometimes none of these fit, and what you need is something custom that you own, built uniquely for your business from the ground up, with AI thoughtfully designed into the parts of it that your processes actually benefit from. An asset that grows in value, not a generic, one-size-fits-all boilerplate that's an expense with a lock-in. This is a complete bespoke build, and it's something I do very well. How I'd approach this
Below about 1,000 orders a month, I would not pay for Sellercloud. Start with Veeqo or Sumtracker, run it for a month and see what is still missing. Write that missing list down. If it is short, a small custom layer will cover it. If it is long and includes warehouse picking, purchasing and several carriers, then a bigger platform is worth getting a quote for.
Always ask for the total, not the headline. Ask about order caps, extra integrations, onboarding and any contract length, and put the first-year number side by side.
