Things worth knowing upfront.

Why is this cheaper than other web designers?

Because the design work is already done. You're not paying for discovery calls, three rounds of mockups, six months of revisions, or a project manager's hourly rate. You're paying for a site you can already see, plus the technical handoff to your accounts.

Who owns the website after I pay?

You do. The site runs on your Vercel account from day one. The domain stays in your name. The source code transfers to your GitHub on day 7. After that, we don't keep any login, license, or backdoor. You have everything, we have nothing.

Who owns the domain?

You do, always. If you already have one, we point it to the new site on the call. If you don't, we'll have you register one on Namecheap or GoDaddy (takes 5 minutes, costs about $15/year). It stays in your account, never ours.

I'm not technical. Can I still do this?

Yes. The handoff call walks you through everything. Vercel and GitHub take about 10 minutes to set up together, and you don't need to touch code afterward. If you want easier content editing, the Custom tier can include a simple CMS where you log in, type changes, and they go live.

What if I want changes six months from now?

A few options. Small fixes during the 7-day launch window are free. After that, you can hire any developer (the code is standard Next.js, anyone can work with it), come back to us for a la carte changes, or sign up for a monthly care plan.

How is it hosted? Are there ongoing costs?

Hosted on Vercel, which has a generous free tier that covers virtually all small business websites. Your only ongoing cost is your domain (about $15/year). No surprise hosting bills, no platform lock-in.

What if something breaks after I pay?

The 7-day launch window covers anything that doesn't work the way it did in the preview: broken links, contact form not sending, page errors, layout breaking on mobile, slow loads. Not covered: copy changes, new images, color tweaks, font swaps, new pages, or design changes. Those are change requests, not bugs.

Why does the source code transfer on day 7 instead of right away?

Two reasons. First, it gives you a clean support window. You don't have to learn how to deploy code or troubleshoot during the first week. You tell us what's wrong and we ship the fix. Second, it gives you a real refund window. Inside the 7 days, you can ask for a refund and we process it. After the code is in your GitHub, the deal is final and you have everything.

I already have a website. What happens to it?

Nothing until you say go. We only point your domain to the new site once you've reviewed everything on the call and you're happy. Your existing site stays up, and we keep the old configuration noted so you can switch back if you ever want to.
