Why is this cheaper than other web designers?

Because the design work is already done. You're not paying for discovery calls, three rounds of mockups, six months of revisions, or a project manager's hourly rate. You're paying for a site you can already see, plus the handoff to your accounts.

Who owns the website after I pay?

You do. The site runs on your Vercel account from day one. The domain stays in your name. The source code transfers to your GitHub on day seven. After that we keep no login, license, or backdoor. You have everything.

Who owns the domain?

You do, always. If you have one, we point it at the new site on the call. If you don't, you register one on Namecheap or GoDaddy. Five minutes, about $15/year. It stays in your account.

I'm not technical. Can I still do this?

Yes. The handoff call walks you through it. Vercel and GitHub take about ten minutes to set up together, and you never touch code afterward. If you want easier editing, the Custom tier can include a simple CMS where you log in, type, and changes go live.

What if I want changes six months from now?

Small fixes in the seven-day window are free. After that: hire any developer, since the code is standard Next.js, come back to us for a la carte changes, or take a monthly care plan.

How is it hosted? Are there ongoing costs?

Vercel, on a free tier that covers virtually all small business sites. Your only ongoing cost is the domain, about $15/year. No surprise hosting bills, no platform lock-in.

What if something breaks after I pay?

The seven-day window covers anything that doesn't work the way it did in the preview: broken links, contact form not sending, page errors, mobile layout, slow loads. Not covered: copy changes, new images, color tweaks, font swaps, new pages, design changes. Those are change requests, not bugs.

Why does the code transfer on day seven, not immediately?

Two reasons. It gives you a clean support window, so you don't have to learn deployment in week one. And it gives you a real refund window: inside seven days you can ask for a refund and we process it. After the code is in your GitHub, the deal is final and you have everything.

I already have a website. What happens to it?

Nothing until you say go. We point your domain at the new site only once you've reviewed everything on the call. Your existing site stays up, and we note the old configuration so you can switch back if you ever want to.
