A2X pricing: is it worth it to get my Amazon and Shopify sales into my accounts?
Short answer: A2X, a tool that turns your Amazon, Shopify and other marketplace payouts into tidy summaries inside QuickBooks Online or Xero, starts at $29 a month as of November 2026. The price is set by how many orders you take each month, and by the channel. It is worth it if you sell on a marketplace and your books are a mess of lump-sum deposits. It is not an inventory tool and it will not run your stock.
You sell on Amazon and Shopify, the deposits in your bank never match your sales, and you want to know what A2X really costs before you commit.
I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. What A2X does, in plain words
Marketplaces pay you in lump sums. One Amazon deposit can hold hundreds of sales, minus fees, refunds and taxes. If you drop that single number into your books, your accounts cannot tell you what you earned. A2X reads each payout, splits it into sales, fees, refunds, taxes and more, and posts one clean summary to QuickBooks Online (an online accounting program from Intuit) or Xero (a similar program popular outside the US). That summary matches the bank deposit, so reconciling takes minutes. A2X's pricing pages also name NetSuite, a larger accounting program, as supported.
It covers Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop and PayPal. It does not hold your stock counts, ship parcels or list products. It is a bookkeeping bridge, and I find it easiest to judge it as one.
A2X plans and prices (as of November 2026)
A2X prices each channel on its own page, by orders per month. All prices below are in US dollars, billed monthly, taken from A2X's pricing pages. The list starts at $29 for Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and PayPal, and at $79 for Walmart.
Shopify
| Plan | Orders a month | Price a month | History |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mini | Up to 200 | $29 | 3 months |
| Basic | Up to 500 | $45 | 6 months |
| Professional | Up to 2,000 | $79 | 12 months |
| Premium 5k | Up to 5,000 | $115 | Maximum available |
| Premium 10k | Up to 10,000 | $159 | Maximum available |
The first four plans cover one Shopify store. Premium plans cover five stores, and A2X lists larger Premium steps beyond that, up to 1 million orders a month, and the biggest ones go through its sales team.
Amazon

|---|---|---|---|
| Mini | Up to 200 | $29 | 3 months |

Amazon plans cover one Amazon Merchant ID (your seller account) up to 10,000 orders, and five Merchant IDs on Premium. Every plan includes a 30-minute setup session with A2X support. Premium plans get a 60-minute session.
Multi-channel
If you sell on more than one channel, A2X has a combined plan priced on total orders across all channels:
- Multi 1K: $89 a month, up to 1,000 combined orders, 2 channels.
- Multi 2K: $115 a month, up to 2,000 combined orders, 3 channels.
- Multi 5K: $169 a month, up to 5,000 combined orders, 4 channels.
- Multi Premium 10K: $229 a month, up to 10,000 combined orders, 5 channels.
A free trial lets you connect your channels and post three settlements (payout summaries) to your accounting program with all features on. You can also find your monthly order count there, because A2X counts it for you once connected.
A price rise on November 14, 2026
A2X's own price list says most plans go up from November 14, 2026, while Mini plans stay at $29. For example, Shopify Basic moves from $45 to $49, Shopify Professional and Amazon Standard move from $79 to $85, Amazon Starter moves from $59 to $65, and Multi 2K moves from $115 to $125. The tables here show the prices on the plan pages today, so expect to pay a few dollars more after that date and check A2X's price list before you sign up.
A worked example (made-up figures)
Say a shop sells 700 orders a month on Shopify and 400 on Amazon. That is 1,100 orders.
- Separate plans: Shopify Professional at $79 (700 is over the Basic cap of 500) plus Amazon Starter at $59 comes to $138 a month.
- Combined plan: 1,100 orders is over the Multi 1K limit, so Multi 2K at $115 a month fits, with room for a third channel.
The combined plan saves $23 a month here and leaves space to add Etsy later. At 500 Shopify orders and 300 Amazon orders (800 in all), Multi 1K at $89 beats Basic plus Starter at $104. Run your own numbers, because the cut-off points decide the answer. One caution: the multi-channel plan cards do not list the cost of goods feature the way the single-channel cards do, so check that before you assume it is included.
What A2X does not do
- Stock control. It does not tell you how many units you have or stop overselling. For that you need an inventory tool. My guide to an inventory management system covers the options.
- Full bookkeeping. It handles the marketplace side. Bills, payroll, ad spend and bank feeds still live in your accounting program, and you or an accountant still review them. If you want to see how AI changes the rest of that job, read AI bookkeeping.
- Cost of goods, only if you feed it. A2X can post cost of goods sold (what the items you sold cost you to buy or make) to QuickBooks or Xero, but you must supply the cost per SKU. You can type costs in, upload a CSV file, sync them from Shopify, or connect an inventory tool such as Finale or Cin7. A2X's help text says the feature is on the Starter, Standard and Premium plans and most others except Mini, so check your plan. Without costs, your profit figures stay rough.
How A2X feeds a true profit report
Real profit needs three things in one place: sales and fees by channel, the cost of what you sold, and the costs that are not tied to a sale, such as ads and shipping software. A2X gives you the first and, with cost data, the second. You still bring the third. When I set this up for a seller, I check that the fee categories in A2X map to separate accounts, so Amazon fees do not hide inside one big expense line.
A2X alternatives
- Link My Books, a similar tool built for Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop and more, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed. Its price depends on your orders and channels in a calculator on its pricing page. In US dollars the calculator showed $35 a month for 500 orders on one sales channel and $77 for 3,000 orders across two channels, as of November 2026.
- Synder, another tool that syncs sales and payments into accounting software. As of November 2026 its plans are Basic at $52 a month, Essential at $103, Pro at $240 and Pro Max at $480 on yearly billing, or $65, $129, $299 and $599 on monthly billing, with a Premium plan quoted by its sales team.
- Doing it by hand. Free, but it takes hours a month and tends to drift. If you are leaving QuickBooks itself, see my QuickBooks alternatives guide first, since the bridge tool you pick must support your accounting program.
How I'd approach this
If you sell on one marketplace with a few hundred orders a month, take the $29 or $45 plan and use the trial to confirm your numbers match the channel's own reports. If you sell on two or three channels, price the combined plan against separate plans, as in the example above. If you want true profit by product, plan for the cost data work too, since that is where most of the value sits. And if your real pain is stock that does not match across channels, an accounting bridge will not fix it. That needs one shared stock record, which is a different tool. I am happy to look at both sides on a quick call.
Questions people ask
How much does A2X cost?
As of November 2026, A2X starts at $29 a month (most plans rise by a few dollars on November 14, 2026) for Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and PayPal, and $79 for Walmart. The price rises with your monthly order count. A multi-channel plan starts at $89 a month for two channels.
Does A2X have a free trial?
Yes. The trial gives full access to all features and lets you post three settlements to your accounting program. It also shows your real monthly order count, which tells you which plan you need.
Is A2X worth it for a small Shopify store?
It can be if you reconcile payouts by hand today and it takes hours. For a store under 200 orders a month, the $29 Mini plan is a small cost against that time. If your payouts are simple and your books are already clean, you may not need it.
Does A2X track inventory or cost of goods?
It does not track stock. It can post cost of goods sold to QuickBooks or Xero if you give it a cost for each SKU, by entry, CSV upload, Shopify sync or an inventory tool. See my guide to inventory management systems for the stock side.
What is the difference between A2X and Synder or Link My Books?
All three move marketplace and payment data into your accounting program. They differ in supported channels, how they group payouts, and price. Trial two of them on the same month of data and compare the summaries to your bank deposits.
Which accounting programs does A2X work with?
A2X posts to QuickBooks Online and Xero, and its pricing pages also name NetSuite. If you plan to switch programs, read my QuickBooks alternatives guide before choosing a bridge tool.
