Higgsfield login and sign up: set up the account without locking yourself out
Short answer: Higgsfield is a website where you make AI images and video, and its only official place to sign up, log in, manage a plan and pay is higgsfield.ai. You can sign up with Google, Apple, Microsoft or an email address, and you must be 18 or older. The one thing to decide before you click is which email or login you use, because Higgsfield says the email on an account cannot be changed and nothing moves between accounts. As of November 2026 this is based on Higgsfield's own help pages, so check them if a screen looks different.
You want to get into Higgsfield, or back into it, without hitting a locked account, a lost plan or a fake login page.
I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. I build AI systems and processes that help businesses do a lot more with a lot less time. I also work differently from most of what else is out there, more on that further down this page. Say hello.
If you are about to open an account with Higgsfield, an AI creative platform that makes images and video from text prompts and reference pictures, the sign-up itself takes a few minutes. The part that costs people time is what comes after: a login that stops working, a personal email that cannot be swapped for a work one, or a look-alike site that asks for a password. This guide covers the steps, the fixes, and the setup choices I would make for a business account.
Everything below comes from Higgsfield's help center articles (published July to September 2026, read again on 2 November 2026) and its Terms of Use (last updated 23 October 2026). Screens and button names change, so treat the steps as a map and follow what is on the screen.

Short answer: where the real Higgsfield login lives
Go to higgsfield.ai and type the address yourself. Higgsfield says this is the only place to sign in, generate, manage a subscription and pay. Your password belongs on that site and nowhere else. If a link in an email, an ad or a chat message sends you to a different address, close it.
The same page says Higgsfield has no mobile app and no desktop app, and that any download using the name is a copy. I cover that in Is there a Higgsfield app? so you do not type your login into the wrong thing.
Try Higgsfield with a discount
I use Higgsfield a lot and I love it, which is why I partnered with them to bring you a discount. Get started through this link and you can get up to 50% off for the first 3 hours after you log in. The size of the discount and the plans it covers can vary, so check the offer on screen.
Sign up in five steps
- Open higgsfield.ai in your browser and choose the sign up or sign in option.
- Pick one method: Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email. These are the four methods the help center lists.
- If you chose email, enter the address and then the 6-digit code Higgsfield sends you. Only email sign-ups get this code. Google, Apple and Microsoft do not.
- Confirm you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). That is a requirement for any account.
- Check you are in. Open the avatar menu at the top right. It shows your plan and credits. A credit is the unit Higgsfield uses to charge for each image or clip you make.
A new account starts on Higgsfield's free plan unless you pick a paid one. Higgsfield's help center says the free tier is limited to a small set of models (the AI engines that make the images and video), does not include credits, and puts a visible Higgsfield watermark on every generation. It also says there is no trial period. On client work, note that Higgsfield's pricing table marks commercial use as not included on the free plan, while its Terms say Higgsfield does not restrict commercial use of outputs. I would not rely on free-plan outputs for client work: ask Higgsfield support first, or use a paid plan. If you want to see what the paid plans cost, read Higgsfield pricing and check higgsfield.ai/pricing for the current numbers, because they change.
Choose the sign-in method and email before you click
This is the step I would slow down on. Three facts from the help center matter here:
- The email address on an existing account cannot be changed. The fix is a new account.
- Credits, subscriptions and generations cannot be moved between accounts.
- Each account needs its own email. One email, one account.
Put those together and the risk is clear. If a staff member signs up with a personal email, pays for a plan, and then leaves, the plan, the credits and every file in that account stay with an address your business does not control. For a business I would use a shared mailbox you own, for example ai@yourcompany.com, that two people can read. If you sign up with Google or Microsoft, use a company account for the same reason.
A note on Apple's hidden email. Sign in with Apple lets you hide your real address behind a relay address. Higgsfield does say the email on an account cannot be changed. Aliteq (an affiliate reviewer) cites one Trustpilot review, from 25 October 2026, in which a user who signed up with a relay address was told to make a new account. That is one user's report, not audited data, and Higgsfield's pages do not mention relay addresses. Apple says a relay address forwards to your real inbox, so billing mail still arrives, but Higgsfield's record would show the relay address. For a business account I would choose "Share My Email" or sign up with plain email, so billing messages reach a real inbox.
Also remember that you sign in later with the same method you used to sign up. A Google or Apple sign-up has no separate Higgsfield password.
What you see after signing in
The help center describes a Manage Account area at higgsfield.ai/me/settings. Its sidebar has a personal profile, gifts, a subscription section and a promocode box, and the main page shows your credit balance and a usage history chart. Your generations are saved under Assets. Only works you publish are public. Everything else is private to you, except that owners and admins of a team workspace can see members' assets.
Two places matter most when something goes wrong: Usage, where you can see what spent your credits, and Subscription, where you see the renewal date and can cancel. Spending is a common worry, so I wrote a separate guide, how to spend Higgsfield credits wisely.
A ten-minute setup checklist you can copy
- Confirm the plan and credits shown in the avatar menu match what you meant to buy.
- Open Manage Account and note the renewal date. Put a reminder in your calendar two days before it.
- Find Assets, the area where finished work is saved. On a free plan you may not be able to make a test file, so check that after you pick a plan.
- Write down, in your tool list, who owns the login, which email it uses and where a recovery code would go.
- Save support@higgsfield.ai in your team notes.
- Tell everyone who will use it: type higgsfield.ai yourself, never use a store app, never share a code.
Log in problems and fixes, by sign-up method
| How you signed up | Common problem | What to try |
|---|---|---|
| Google, Apple or Microsoft | Cannot get in | Recovery happens at the provider. Higgsfield cannot reset a Google, Apple or Microsoft login for you. Fix access there, then sign in with the same button. If you ever removed Higgsfield's access inside your Google, Apple or Microsoft account settings, you may need to allow the connection again before you can sign in. |
| Forgot password | Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page and finish with the 6-digit code. | |
| The 6-digit code does not arrive | Check spam and the spelling of the address, ask for a new code, and then contact support. | |
| Any | Signed in but see an empty account | You probably used a different method or email. Try the other methods with the same address. Accounts do not merge. |
| Any | Lost the sign-up inbox | Contact support. The help center says the team will tell you what to confirm, but it does not list what they accept. |
If you are locked out and a renewal is coming, the help center says support can cancel an upcoming renewal while you recover access. Write to them before the date, not after.
Two-factor sign-in (a second check beyond the password) is not described in the help articles I read. I will not claim it exists or does not. Ask support if it matters for your policy.
Reset a forgotten password (email accounts)
Only email accounts have a Higgsfield password. Use the forgot password option on the sign-in page, enter the email, and follow the 6-digit code. If the reset email never comes, check spam, check you typed the right address, and try once more before writing to support. If you think someone else got into the account, reset the password first, then contact support, who the help center says can help log out all active sessions.
Keep the account safe
- Check the address bar. The page should be higgsfield.ai. Higgsfield's official list of its own places is short: higgsfield.ai for sign-in and payment, open.higgsfield.ai for the API, docs.higgsfield.ai, the connector address mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp, and its official Discord (a chat community) and social accounts.
- Know what support never asks for. The help center says identity checks use account and billing details and never a password, a full card number or the card security code. I would also treat anyone asking for your 6-digit sign-in code as not Higgsfield.
- Do not share a login. The Terms of Use say you may not share your account or login credentials. If several people need access, use a team plan, not one shared password.
- Do not buy an account. Accounts cannot be resold, and there are no lifetime plans or resellers.
If you are weighing whether the company itself is trustworthy before you hand over a card, read is Higgsfield safe and legit.
Using one account for a team or agency
Passing one login around breaks the Terms and leaves you with no record of who made what. Higgsfield sells business plans for this. Per its help center article on team and business plans: Team is a shared workspace with pooled credits for up to 9 seats, Scale raises that to 15 seats with more credits per seat, a priority queue, single sign-on (one company login for everyone) and the ability for admins to pause a member's credit use, and Enterprise is custom and arranged with sales for compliance and dedicated capacity. Check the pricing page for seat limits and what these cost now, because the pricing cards word the seat range differently.
One privacy point belongs here for any agency. Higgsfield's Terms allow it to use your inputs and outputs to train its models, except for customers on an Enterprise Agreement (a custom business contract). So an ordinary sign-up is the wrong place to upload unreleased client work or private photos of people. Decide what you will upload before you create the account, and ask Higgsfield about the Enterprise route if client confidentiality is a hard rule.
Cancel or delete: which one do you want
These are different, and mixing them up loses files.
| Cancel the subscription | Delete the account | |
|---|---|---|
| What it does | Stops future charges. Access lasts to the end of the paid period. | Removes the account. Cancels the subscription automatically. |
| Your files | Stay. The account and generations remain. | Credits, assets and trained Soul characters (saved faces that Higgsfield's Soul ID feature learns from photos) are lost after a 30-day restore window. |
| Where | Manage Account, Subscription, then Manage Subscription and Cancel Subscription. | Manage Account, Personal Profile, Manage Account Deletion. |
Two cautions. First, download any client work from Assets before you delete anything. Second, deleting does not pull your content out of models it was already used to train. Higgsfield says that cannot be separated afterward. For refunds, the Terms allow a refund within 7 days of the first purchase only if no credits were used, with a fee of up to 6%, and renewals are not refundable. Cancelling and refunding are separate requests.
Accounts with no login, no generation and no subscription for 30 days can be treated as inactive, and content may be moved to cold storage (slower, long-term storage) after a notice to your email. If a seasonal client account goes quiet, log in now and then and download what you need.
Who should wait before creating an account
- You only need one or two images or clips. A pay-as-you-go tool with no subscription may be less hassle. Higgsfield also has a separate API (a way for software to call its models) billed from a prepaid balance, with no plan involved, if a developer is doing the work.
- You must have an offline or native phone app. Higgsfield is a website only.
- You cannot accept your uploads being used for training and cannot go the Enterprise route.
- You have not decided who owns the login. Sort that first. It is the one mistake you cannot undo.
Contact support: what to send
Support is at support@higgsfield.ai, through higgsfield.ai/contact and in the help center. A short message gets a faster answer. Copy this:
Subject: Cannot sign in (Google sign-up)
Account email: [the email you used]
How I signed up: [Google / Apple / Microsoft / email]
What happens: [exact message or screenshot]
Steps already tried: [reset, new code, other browser]
Renewal date if known: [date]
Please do not reply asking for my password or card number.
Reviewers describe support speed differently, so I would not plan around a specific reply time. If a payment date is close, say so in the first line.
How I'd approach this
For a business I would decide the owner mailbox first, sign up with email or a company login, start on the free plan to learn where everything is, and only then pay. If it fits, the Higgsfield sign-up page is where to start, and you can compare plans in the Higgsfield review before you do. If your team will use it every week, I would add a short written rule: one owner, one mailbox, no store apps, no shared passwords, no client files that cannot be sent to a third party. Blur Studio also builds the repeatable workflow, approval portal or shared asset library around tools like this, if you want it set up properly: see how that works.
Questions people ask
Where do I log in to Higgsfield?
At higgsfield.ai, typed into the address bar yourself. Higgsfield says that is the only place to sign in, generate, manage a subscription and pay. There is no official phone or desktop app, as covered in this explainer on Higgsfield apps.
Why can't I log in to Higgsfield with Google?
Use the same method you signed up with. If you signed up with email, the Google button will not open that account. If Google itself is the problem, fix it at Google, because Higgsfield cannot reset a Google login. If you are still stuck, write to support@higgsfield.ai.
Can I change the email on my Higgsfield account?
No. Higgsfield's help center says the email cannot be changed. You would need a new account, and credits, subscriptions and generations cannot be transferred to it. Choose the email carefully at sign-up.
I never got the 6-digit code. What now?
Only email sign-ups get this code. Check your spam folder and the spelling of the address, request a new code, and wait a minute before asking again. If it still does not arrive, contact Higgsfield support with your account email.
Does deleting my account cancel my plan and delete my files?
Deleting cancels the subscription and, after a 30-day window in which you can sign back in to restore it, removes your credits, assets and trained Soul characters. Cancelling alone keeps your account and files. Download client work before deleting anything.
Can two people share one Higgsfield login?
The Terms of Use say you may not share your account or login credentials. For several people, look at Higgsfield's Team or Scale plans, which give a shared workspace with separate seats. Check the pricing guide and the live pricing page for current costs.
Is it safe to sign up with my work email?
A shared company mailbox you control is the safest choice for continuity. For privacy, remember Higgsfield's Terms let it use inputs and outputs to train its models unless you are on an Enterprise Agreement, so avoid uploading confidential client material on a normal account.
