NiceJob pricing: what Starter and Pro actually cost, and what's extra

By Ranjit Bhinge, founder of Blur Studio · Updated · 3 min read

Short answer: NiceJob has two plans, billed monthly only with no annual discount: Starter at $75 a month and Pro at $125 a month, both for one business, with no separate per-location pricing published. A managed website add-on, Sites, costs $99 a month plus a one-time $199 setup fee, and extra landing pages or blog setups inside Sites cost $15 a month each plus a one-time fee of $145 to $245. There's a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, and no contract, so you can cancel any time. As of October 2026, NiceJob doesn't list any extra charge for review-request text or email volume.

You want to know what NiceJob will actually cost once you add the website and any extras, not just the headline number on the pricing page.

I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. I build AI systems and processes that help businesses do a lot more with a lot less time. I also work differently from most of what else is out there, more on that further down this page. Say hello.

NiceJob's pricing page is shorter and simpler than most field service or CRM tools: two plans, one optional add-on, no team-size switches to click through. That simplicity is itself worth knowing before you compare it to platforms that price by seat or by location, since NiceJob doesn't.

What do the two NiceJob plans cost?

PlanPriceWhat's included
Starter$75 a monthAutomated review requests by text and email, social proof widgets for your website, automatic social media posting of reviews, a team leaderboard, and a dedicated reviews microsite with a toggleable lead-capture form
Pro$125 a monthEverything in Starter, plus automated rebooking reminders, referral campaigns, AI-written review reply drafts (sent in a once-daily batch, not instantly), email marketing broadcasts, automated thank-you gifts, NPS surveys, and a "Competitive Intel" feature

Both prices are flat, per business, billed monthly, with no toggle for annual billing and no discount for paying ahead, which is unusual among tools in this category (GatherUp, for comparison, only publishes its per-location price on annual billing). There's also no published multi-location tier: the pricing page prices one business, so if you run more than one location, you'll need to ask NiceJob directly how that's handled, since it isn't on the page.

What does the Sites add-on really cost?

Sites is NiceJob's managed, SEO-optimized website product, sold separately from the review plans. It's where the real total cost can surprise you if you only read the headline $99.

  • Base cost: $99 a month, plus a one-time $199 setup fee.
  • Extra pages: adding further landing pages or a blog section costs $15 a month per addition, plus a one-time fee of $145 to $245 for that addition's setup.

So Pro plus a basic Sites website runs $224 a month ($125 + $99), with a $199 one-time charge up front, meaning the real first-year cost is $2,887 (12 months at $224, plus the $199 setup), not the $1,500 a year the Pro plan alone would suggest. Add one extra landing page and you're looking at $239 a month plus $344 to $444 in one-time setup fees across both the base site and the addition.

Is there a free trial or free plan?

There's a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and NiceJob's own marketing language ("free to start") refers to that trial, not an ongoing free tier. There's no permanently free plan. The product has no contract: you can cancel any time, and a plan change takes effect on your next billing cycle rather than immediately.

What isn't on the pricing page?

Two things worth checking before you buy, because the pricing page is silent on both:

  • Text and email volume. As of October 2026, NiceJob doesn't list a per-message charge or a monthly sending cap for review requests. That's a genuine point in its favor if you send a high volume of requests, since some competitors meter SMS. Still, confirm this holds for your expected volume before you commit, since pricing pages change without carrying old limits forward.
  • Multi-location pricing. As above, there's no published per-location rate. If you operate two or more locations, treat whatever NiceJob quotes you as a custom number, not a markup of the single-location price.

Is NiceJob worth it?

For a single-location home service or local business that mainly wants more Google and Facebook reviews without babysitting the process, yes, generally. $75 or $125 a month is modest next to what a single extra booked job is usually worth, and the setup is genuinely light compared to an all-in-one messaging platform. It stops being the obvious choice once you're paying for Sites and a couple of add-on pages on top, where the real monthly number creeps toward $240 and starts overlapping with what a general marketing or messaging platform costs. It's also not the right fit if you specifically need multi-location pricing you can see before you talk to sales, or deep competitor benchmarking, since other platforms are built more explicitly for that.

If you're weighing NiceJob against a full messaging and reviews platform, my NiceJob vs Podium and NiceJob vs Birdeye pages put the real numbers side by side. NiceJob vs Broadly: why the price comparison changed covers another rival.

Questions people ask

Does NiceJob offer a discount for annual billing?

No. As of October 2026, NiceJob's pricing page shows monthly billing only for both Starter ($75) and Pro ($125), with no annual option or discount.

What's the difference between NiceJob Starter and Pro?

Starter ($75 a month) covers automated review requests, social proof widgets, social auto-posting, a team leaderboard and a reviews microsite. Pro ($125 a month) adds rebooking reminders, referral campaigns, AI-written review reply drafts, email broadcasts, thank-you gifts, NPS surveys and a Competitive Intel feature.

How much does the NiceJob website add-on cost?

Sites costs $99 a month plus a one-time $199 setup fee for the base site. Extra landing pages or a blog section cost $15 a month per addition, plus a one-time fee of $145 to $245 for that addition.

Does NiceJob charge extra for high text or email volume?

Not as published on its current pricing page. There's no listed per-message fee or monthly sending cap as of October 2026, though it's worth confirming directly if you expect unusually high volume, since that isn't guaranteed to stay unlimited forever.

Is there a free version of NiceJob?

No permanent free plan. There's a 14-day free trial that doesn't require a credit card, after which you'd move to Starter or Pro to keep using it.

Does NiceJob charge per location?

It doesn't publish a per-location price. The pricing page covers one business. If you run multiple locations, you'll need to ask NiceJob directly for a quote, since there's no published multi-location tier to calculate from.

Can I cancel NiceJob at any time?

Yes, there's no contract. Plan changes and cancellations take effect at your next billing cycle, not immediately.

Does Pro's AI Replies answer reviews instantly?

No, and this is worth knowing before you buy Pro expecting real-time responses. AI Replies checks for new reviews from the last 24 hours and sends its drafted responses once a day, in a batch, rather than the moment a review comes in. You can also flag specific reviews to skip the AI and require a human reply instead.
