ClickFunnels alternatives: what to use for funnels, pages and courses
Short answer: The main ClickFunnels alternatives are Systeme.io, HighLevel, Kajabi, Podia and Leadpages. Systeme.io is the cheapest all-in-one option and has a free plan. HighLevel adds a CRM, texting and calendars at the same entry price as ClickFunnels. Kajabi and Podia suit people who sell courses. Leadpages suits people who only need landing pages.
You're comparing ClickFunnels against cheaper tools and trying to work out if you're paying for features you don't actually use.
I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. Why do people look for a ClickFunnels alternative?
Most people leave because of price or because they only use part of the tool. Here is what the ClickFunnels pricing page shows.
- Entry price: Launch costs $97 a month billed monthly, or $81 a month billed yearly.
- Higher plans: Scale costs $197 a month, or $164 billed yearly. Optimize costs $297 a month, or $248 billed yearly. Dominate is sold yearly only, at $5,997 a year.
- Team limits: Launch allows 2 team members and 1 brand workspace. Scale allows 5 of each.
- Contact limits: Launch includes 10,000 email contacts and 50,000 emails a month. Scale includes 75,000 contacts.
- Offer on funnels: ClickFunnels marks unlimited funnels as a limited-time offer on every plan. The page does not give an end date.
ClickFunnels gives a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back promise. It says it takes no share of your sales. For a seller who uses the funnels, email, courses and store together, the price can be fair. Someone who only needs a few landing pages pays for many tools they never open.
What are the best ClickFunnels alternatives?
Each tool below fits a different kind of seller. I list the lowest paid plan from each vendor's own page.
Blur Studio (best value)
A ready-built, well-tested core with a different pricing model: no per-seat fees, and it covers almost all the features you'd actually need, usually working out to the best value for money. On top of that, Blur Studio builds owned customizations, meaning you can ask for it to be modified to your exact specifications, and you own those modifications outright. - Best for: Businesses that need software that works without barriers, no unnecessary fees and options to customize it to their needs.
Systeme.io
Systeme.io is an all-in-one tool for funnels, email, courses and affiliate programs. Its free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 course and 1 custom domain. Paid plans start at $17 a month for Startup, with 5,000 contacts and 10 funnels. Webinar costs $47 a month and Unlimited costs $97 a month. Systeme.io says yearly billing gives you 2 months free. It also says every plan has 0% transaction fees.
- Best for: Solo sellers and small teams who want funnels and email for the lowest price.
HighLevel
HighLevel sells to agencies and to small businesses. It says its Starter plan suits smaller businesses and solo marketers. Starter costs $97 a month, or $970 a year. It includes 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and unlimited users. A sub-account is a separate workspace, such as one per brand or client. The plan includes a website and funnel builder, a CRM, email and text marketing, booking calendars, courses and payments. HighLevel notes that some features have usage fees, such as phone and texting costs. You can try any plan free for 14 days.
- Best for: Service businesses that want funnels, a CRM, texting and booking in one login. My guide to CRM for small business covers the CRM side.
Kajabi
Kajabi is a platform for selling digital products, such as courses, along with communities and email. Basic costs $179 a month billed monthly. Kajabi's page shows $143 a month when you pick yearly billing. Basic allows 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 2 admin users. Funnels, landing pages and marketing emails are unlimited on all plans. In the US, Kajabi Payments charges 2.9% plus 30 cents per sale on Basic. All plans have a 30-day money-back promise.
- Best for: Course creators and coaches who want one home for their content. If you already use Kajabi, see my Kajabi alternative guide.
Podia
Podia lets you sell digital products and send email from one place. Its page lists yearly prices. Mover costs $42 a month billed yearly, which is $504 a year. Mover has a 5% Podia fee on each sale and includes email for up to 100 subscribers. Shaker costs $84 a month billed yearly and drops the Podia fee. It includes email for 500 subscribers. Stripe or PayPal still charge their own fees. There is no free plan, but there is a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
- Best for: Creators who want a simple store for digital products and do not need complex funnels.
Leadpages
Leadpages is a landing page builder. It does not run courses or a full store. Pro costs $29 a month billed monthly. It includes 25 pages, 1 site, 1 custom domain and 1 seat. Business costs $49 a month with 50 pages and 2 sites. Leadpages says you save 20% with yearly billing and that no plan has a traffic cap. The 7-day free trial needs a credit card, and the plan starts on day 7 unless you cancel.
- Best for: People who already have email and checkout tools and only need pages that turn visitors into leads.

What is a good Podia alternative?
People leave Podia for two main reasons. The 5% fee on Mover adds up as sales grow, and email is capped at 100 to 1,000 subscribers on each plan. Systeme.io is the closest match if you want a low price and more contacts. Kajabi suits you if you want more room for courses and communities and can pay more each month. If you sell memberships, my guide to membership management software covers tools built for that.
What if you only need a landing page builder?
Then a full funnel tool is likely more than you need. Leadpages Pro costs $29 a month. Its Grow plan costs $99 a month and adds A/B tests, which show two versions of a page to see which one wins more leads. If your email list is the main thing, my Klaviyo alternative guide may also help.
Which ClickFunnels alternative should you pick?
- Pick Systeme.io if: You want funnels, email and a course on a small budget, or want to start free.
- Pick HighLevel if: You run a service business and want leads to flow into a CRM with texting and booking.
- Pick Kajabi if: Courses and coaching are your main product and you want everything in one place.
- Pick Podia if: You sell a few digital products and want a simple setup.
- Pick Leadpages if: You only need pages to collect leads.
- Stay on ClickFunnels if: You use its funnels, email, courses and store together, and the price fits your sales.
When does it make sense to build your own funnel setup?
For most sellers, one of the tools above is the right answer. Pick one and spend your time on your offer. Building your own setup starts to pay off when one of these is true.
- Your contact list is large: Funnel tools price by contacts, so a big list can push you into the top plans.
- Your sales process is unusual: You need quotes, approvals, bookings or custom pricing that funnel tools handle badly.
- Your tools don't talk to each other: Leads land in one tool, payments in another and jobs in a third, and staff copy data by hand.
- You need to own the data: You want your customer records in your own database, on your terms.
A custom setup can still use simple page tools for the front end. The custom part sits behind it and connects your leads, payments and work in one place. My guide on build vs buy software walks through the choice.
How would Blur Studio approach a ClickFunnels replacement?
I start by mapping what happens after a lead fills in a form. Who follows up, how fast, and where the data goes? Often the answer is a cheaper tool plus a few good connections. When the process needs more, I build the custom part and link it to the tools you keep. I can add AI to reply to new leads, sort them by fit and book calls. The code and every account are in your name, so you can change direction later.
Need something completely custom?
Everything above is a path to get it running quick and cheap. But sometimes the honest answer is that none of those quite fit, and what you actually need is something custom that you own, built uniquely for your business from the ground up, with AI thoughtfully designed into the parts of it that your processes actually benefit from. An asset that grows in value, not a generic, one-size-fits-all boilerplate that's an expense with a lock-in. This is a complete bespoke build, and it's something I do very well. Questions people ask
What is the cheapest ClickFunnels alternative?
Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts and 3 funnels, and paid plans from $17 a month as of October 2026. Leadpages starts at $29 a month if you only need landing pages.
Is HighLevel better than ClickFunnels?
HighLevel suits service businesses that want a CRM, texting, calendars and funnels in one tool. ClickFunnels suits sellers who focus on funnels, courses and an online store. Both start at $97 a month on monthly billing.
Does ClickFunnels have a free plan?
ClickFunnels has no free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back promise. Its lowest plan, Launch, costs $81 a month billed yearly or $97 billed monthly, as of October 2026.
What is a good alternative to Podia?
Systeme.io is a good choice if you want low prices and more email contacts. Kajabi is a good choice if courses and coaching are your main business and you can pay more each month.
Should I build my own sales funnel software?
Most small sellers should buy a tool. A custom build makes sense when your list is large, your sales process is unusual or your data must connect deeply with your other systems.
Does ClickFunnels charge a fee on sales made through its checkout?
No, ClickFunnels' own pricing page states it takes no share of your sales, unlike some competitors such as Podia, which charges 5% on its entry plan. You still pay your payment processor's own card fees separately.
Can I move my funnels to a different tool later?
Not directly. Funnel builders do not export to each other's formats, so switching means rebuilding your pages, not migrating them. Keep your copy, images and offer structure documented separately so a rebuild is fast whichever tool you move to.
Roughly what does this cost?
As a broad reference, fixes and finishes start at around $1,500, and new builds start higher, always a fixed price agreed in writing before I start, never an hourly rate. My AI app cost guide explains what actually drives a quote up or down.
Is my project too small for this?
No. Most of the owners I work with have no tech team at all, that is the whole point. If the smarter move is a cheap software subscription instead of custom software, I will tell you that on the first call, even though it means I do not get paid.
