Higgsfield Click to Ad and Ads Studio: which link-to-ad tool to use

By Ranjit Bhinge, founder of Blur Studio · Updated · 10 min read

Short answer: Higgsfield, an online AI image and video platform, has two tools that start from a link. Ads Studio reads your website and makes still image ads, and Higgsfield's launch post says each one costs 4 credits. The Product Link tool inside Marketing Studio makes a short video ad from a product page. "Click to Ad" is what people search for, but it is not a name in Higgsfield's help center, and the page at Higgsfield's click-to-ad address is a Marketing Studio template gallery. Start with still ads to test your angles, then spend video credits only on the winners, and proof-read every word before you publish.

You searched for Click to Ad and found several names for what looks like the same thing. This page sorts out which tool does what and how to use it.

I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. I build AI systems and processes that help businesses do a lot more with a lot less time. I also work differently from most of what else is out there, more on that further down this page. Say hello.

The name "Click to Ad" is the first thing to clear up. It is a search term, not a tool name in Higgsfield's help center. The help center calls the link-to-video job "Product Link", a tool in the Marketing Studio sidebar, and a second sidebar tool, Ad Reference, recreates a reference ad with your product. The page at Higgsfield's click-to-ad address is a gallery of Marketing Studio templates. Ads Studio is a separate tool for still ads, and Ad Multiplier is another separate tool. Higgsfield's own Shopify blog post of 23 October 2026 does use the name, for the fastest single-video entry point inside Marketing Studio. So which one do you want? This page answers that, then gives you the steps, a hand-fix list and a short test. I wrote this from Higgsfield's own pages (Higgsfield is an AI image and video platform that hosts many models), its terms, and independent reviews, all as of November 2026. For checks on ads made from a page link, see getting a video ad from a product page link.

Higgsfield's page at its click-to-ad address is a thin template gallery for Marketing Studio, with product shots, product motion and a before-and-after UGC look, plus Ad Reference and Product Link in the sidebar. It does not explain steps or credits. UGC means user-generated content, video that looks like a customer filmed it. For the video side in detail, read my Marketing Studio guide. Higgsfield has not published a separate credit cost for the link-to-video job, so I will not give you one. The help center says the cost shows on the button before you confirm.

What it does: link in, ad out

Ads Studio. It builds a brand kit, which is a saved set of your logo, colours, fonts, tone of voice, audience, visual style, description, selling points and social links. It can take these from your website address or you can fill them in by hand. For a hand-made alternative, see ad images with your logo and colours. Then it makes ads with headlines and calls to action. Higgsfield's connector quote tool lists square (1:1), tall (9:16), wide (16:9) and 3:4 shapes and does not list 4:5, so check which shape your ad platform needs before you start. You can pick one product or up to ten (Higgsfield's Ads Studio page), and the launch post says up to 20 ads per product per run. It makes still ads only. Video ads live in Marketing Studio.

Product Link tool. You paste a product page address and it builds a short video ad. Higgsfield's AI Ad Generator page says a shop address gives a product ad, and an app address gives a UGC-style video of someone demoing the screen. If the page pull fails, the help center says to upload your own product images or use the prompt path. A prompt is the written instruction you give the AI.

Ads Studio details worth knowing

  • Price ladder. From Higgsfield's launch post at 4 credits each: 1 ad is 4 credits, 5 ads 20, 10 ads 40 and 20 ads 80. The post uses $0.05 a credit for dollar figures, and says extra variations add credits.
  • Angles, not just sizes. Each ad is built around a selling angle: a benefit, a reason to buy or a situation of use. The post lists price or offer-led ads, ingredient or material stories, how-it-is-used ads and lifestyle ads.
  • More ads later. After the first batch you can ask for extra ads in chat by naming the product through "Mention a product" and saying what each should focus on. The brand kit stays saved.
  • No website needed. You can fill the brand kit by hand and add products yourself.
  • No shop sync. Higgsfield's Shopify post says the link is a page address or an uploaded image, not a connection to your store catalog. Prices and stock will not update by themselves.
  • Posting. The same post says Supercomputer, Higgsfield's agent tool, can publish to TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Threads, while Meta and Google ad placements are still uploaded to those platforms by you. Higgsfield does not say more about how the posting works, so try it once before you plan around it.
  • Digital products. For an app or software with no physical item, Higgsfield's post points to the Motion Design template, which builds from a logo or website.
  • Scores are estimates. Virality Predictor is described by Higgsfield as an estimate, not a guarantee. Sort drafts with it if you like, then let real click data decide.

Before you paste a link: a 2 minute page check

Both tools can only be as good as the page they read. Check these first:

  • One clean hero image of the product on a plain background.
  • The correct price and any discount, written the way you will advertise it.
  • No pop-ups covering the page.
  • No lifestyle thumbnails that could be mistaken for the product.
  • A short, accurate description. The AI will copy its tone and claims.

Steps to a video ad from a product link

  1. Open Marketing Studio and choose the Product Link tool.
  2. Paste the product page address.
  3. Review what was pulled in. Delete wrong images and upload better ones.
  4. Pick an avatar (the AI presenter) and a mode.
  5. Read the credit number on the button before you confirm.
  6. Generate, review with the checklist below, then export in 9:16.

Steps to a batch of still ads in Ads Studio

  1. Enter your website address and let it build the brand kit. Correct the logo, colours and tone by hand.
  2. Choose one product or up to ten.
  3. Choose how many ads to make. Higgsfield says the total cost shows before you run the batch.
  4. Generate.
  5. Download the files and upload them to the ad platform yourself.

Make each ad in a batch answer one question, such as offer against ingredient story. Twenty near-identical images tell you nothing about why one won. A Chinese-language tech blog (AI Post Hub) reviewing the launch makes a related point: being able to produce more ad images is only part of testing, and real sales data is what counts. For an agency, I would keep one saved brand kit per client and name the angle (benefit, pain point or real-life use) on every ad when you show the client the batch.

What to fix by hand

Do not publish straight from the generator. Check each of these:

  • Spelling. Image models misspell long words. Headline text in an AI image is not a live text layer, so a typo means regenerating.
  • Logo and colours. Compare against the real brand files.
  • Product shape and colour. It must match the item the customer will receive.
  • Offer and price. Free shipping, discounts and warranties must match the client's page exactly.
  • Claims. Delete any health, result or "best" claim the client cannot prove. AI-written copy invents claims.
  • Legal line. Add terms or "results vary" where needed.
  • Shape and safe zones. Keep text away from the edges where Reels and Stories place buttons.
  • Voiceover. For video, read it word by word.

What it costs: still images first, video second

Higgsfield's Ads Studio launch post (1 October 2026) puts each still ad at 4 credits and says the dollar figures use $0.05 per credit. I could not confirm the 4 credits inside the product, so treat it as a vendor figure and confirm the total shown before you run. Credits are the points Higgsfield charges per generation.

Here is an illustrative budget. The video price is made up, because Higgsfield has not published one in a readable table:

  • 20 still ads for one product at 4 credits each is 80 credits.
  • Pick the best two angles using click data from a small test.
  • Say a 15-second video shows 100 credits on the button. Two videos is 200 credits.
  • Total: about 280 credits, instead of 2,000 credits for 20 videos at the same made-up price.

Higgsfield's Plus plan lists 1,200 credits a month (check the pricing page for the current figure). So the video-first way would use more than a month of credits on a single product. My pricing explainer covers plans, and the credit guide covers how to avoid waste.

A 5 day test with pass and fail rules

Higgsfield's refund rule is narrow: 7 days from first purchase, only if no credits were used, with a fee of up to 6%. Plan the test so the most decisive check runs first.

  1. Day 1. Pick three products: an easy one, a shiny or glass one, and one with a lot of text on the packaging.
  2. Day 2. Make 10 still ads for each, which at 4 credits each is about 120 credits in total.
  3. Day 3. Score every ad. Pass: at least 3 of 10 per product are usable with no manual fix, the product is accurate in every ad you keep, and no invented claims appear.
  4. Day 4. Make one video from the best product page. Pass: product recognisable, no garbled text, no wrong word in the voiceover.
  5. Day 5. Work out credits per usable ad. Fail: if text-heavy or branded packaging garbles every time, stop and use a design tool for that product.

Rules: AI labels, claims and branded products

This is information, not legal advice. Check local law and each platform's current rules.

  • TikTok. Its Community Guidelines (effective 24 September 2026) require creators to label AI-generated or significantly edited content that shows realistic-looking scenes or people. Its ads policy (updated April 2026) allows fully AI-generated or significantly edited ads if you apply the AI label or add a clear disclaimer, and says undisclosed AI content will be rejected or restricted. TikTok's November 2025 post adds that it reads C2PA Content Credentials, a tag in the file that records how it was made.
  • Meta. Its February 2026 post (updated 1 June and 27 October 2026) says Meta shows an "AI info" label on content it detects as AI-generated, requires people to use its disclosure tool for organic posts with photorealistic video or realistic-sounding audio, and may apply penalties if they do not. A 1 June 2026 update says Meta adds information to ads it detects were made with third-party AI tools.
  • Provenance markers. Higgsfield's terms say do not remove its provenance markers (section 5.5), and also say it may embed them but does not promise they persist (section 6.4). Labels can be lost when a file is re-uploaded or edited, so label it yourself where rules ask. Rules change, so re-read each platform's page before a campaign.
  • Branded products. Higgsfield's Cinema Studio help article says its content protection system detects real faces and protected IP and blocks matching generations. I could not confirm how it treats branded products in Ads Studio or Marketing Studio. If you resell other companies' goods, test one real product before the refund window closes.
  • Client work. Higgsfield's terms do not restrict commercial use of outputs, but they say outputs may not be unique and that you clear rights in logos and likenesses. On the Free plan, its pricing table marks commercial use as not included and outputs are watermarked, so use a paid plan or ask Higgsfield support first. Keep a client sign-off line for the final wording.

When another tool is the better pick

  • You need exact headline text. A design tool such as Canva, which sets text as real editable layers, avoids AI misspellings.
  • You need many sizes and placements under brand sign-off. A dedicated static-ad tool built for governance fits better than a fast generator.
  • You need a human-written script for a video. Use a script-first video tool.
  • You already pay for another AI video platform with a similar ad product. Compare current features before adding a second subscription. Wireflow, a competitor, says Runway (a separate AI video service) announced a similar product on 30 September 2026, but I could not confirm it.

I keep a list of AI ad generators for online shops and a plain guide on making ad creative faster.

Who should skip this

  • Anyone selling heavily regulated products where every word needs legal review.
  • Anyone whose product page is messy and who will not clean it first.
  • Anyone who wants a promise of sales. No tool can give one.

How I'd approach this

I would run Ads Studio first on one product, treat the 80-credit batch as research, and let click data pick the winners. Only then would I spend on video with the Product Link tool. Keep the page clean, save a brand kit per client, and have a person approve every final file.

If you run this for several clients, Blur Studio builds the repeatable workflow around these tools: a shared asset library and an approval page so nothing goes live unchecked. See how I set that up. To try the tools, you can start on Higgsfield and read the plan page first.

Questions people ask

Is Click to Ad a Higgsfield product?

Not by that name in the help center. The page at Higgsfield's click-to-ad address is a Marketing Studio template gallery, and the link-to-video job is the Product Link tool in Marketing Studio. Higgsfield has not printed a credit cost for it, so check the button before you pay.

What is the difference between Ads Studio and Marketing Studio?

Ads Studio makes still image ads from a brand kit built from your website. Marketing Studio makes video ads and other templates, including the Product Link tool. See my Marketing Studio guide.

How many credits does a static ad cost?

Higgsfield's launch post says 4 credits per Ads Studio ad, with the total shown before a batch runs. That is a vendor figure, so confirm it in the tool. Video ads cost more and the exact number shows on the button.

Can I make ads from a website that is not Shopify (an online shop platform)?

Higgsfield's pages describe reading a website or product page address, not only one platform. Results depend on the page. A clean hero image, the right price and no pop-ups help. If the pull fails, upload your own images.

What if the link pulls the wrong images?

Delete them and upload the right ones before generating. The help center says to upload product images or use the prompt path if extraction fails. Fixing inputs first costs far fewer credits than fixing outputs.

Can I edit the text in an Ads Studio ad?

Treat the text as fixed. Copy and design are generated together, so a typo usually means a new generation. Proof-read every word, because image models misspell.

Do I need to label AI ads?

Check each platform's current rules. TikTok's Community Guidelines (effective 24 September 2026) require labels on realistic AI-generated or significantly edited content, and its ads policy rejects or restricts undisclosed AI ads. Meta uses "AI info" labels and, per its February 2026 post, requires disclosure for photorealistic video or realistic-sounding audio in organic posts. Higgsfield's terms say do not strip provenance markers. This is not legal advice.

Can I use the ads for client work?

Higgsfield's terms do not restrict commercial use of outputs, but its pricing table marks commercial use as not included on the Free plan and free outputs are watermarked, so use a paid plan or ask support first. You still clear rights in logos, products and likenesses, and outputs may not be unique. Tools and plans are listed on Higgsfield's site.
