Higgsfield Marketing Studio: how to make ads, UGC and product videos
Short answer: Marketing Studio is the part of Higgsfield, an online AI image and video platform that gives you many AI models in one place, that turns a product into ready-to-post ads, UGC-style videos, product shots, posters and marketplace images. You pick a template, add your product (often by pasting a link), choose a presenter and a mode, and generate. Clips are short, video results are regenerated rather than edited, and voiceover can change from one generation to the next, so plan to review every output. Test it on your hardest product before you rely on it.
You want to know what Marketing Studio actually makes, how to run your first ad through it, and how to test it without wasting credits.
I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. I build AI systems and processes that help businesses do a lot more with a lot less time. I also work differently from most of what else is out there, more on that further down this page. Say hello.
Higgsfield is a website where you can make AI images and video with many different models. Marketing Studio is its workspace for advertising: you give it a product and it builds content for social feeds. This page explains the formats, walks through a first ad, shows how to think about credits (the points Higgsfield charges for each generation), and gives you a test plan and review checklist. I wrote this from Higgsfield's own help center and blog, its terms, and what independent reviewers have published, and I say which is which.
All figures are as of November 2026. Higgsfield changes plans, templates and prices often, so check the pages linked in the sources before you pay.

What Marketing Studio is, and the names it goes by
Higgsfield has several ad-related doors, and the names overlap. Readers regularly pay for the wrong one. Here is the map I would keep open.
| Tool | What comes out | Pick it when |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing Studio (templates) | Videos and images from templates: UGC, product shots, ads, posters, marketplace images | You want a finished-looking social ad or product visual from a product |
| Product Link tool inside Marketing Studio | A short video ad for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (short-video feeds), built from a pasted product page | You have a product page and want a first draft fast. People search for this as "Click to Ad", but Higgsfield's help center calls it Product Link, and the page at Higgsfield's click-to-ad address is a Marketing Studio template gallery. My Click to Ad and Ads Studio page covers it in detail |
| Ad Reference tool inside Marketing Studio | A new ad that copies the structure and format of a reference ad, with your product in place of the original | You have an ad you are allowed to use as a model |
| Ads Studio | Still image ads built from a brand kit taken from your website | You want many static ads to test angles before spending on video |
| Ad Multiplier | New versions of an existing video ad | You already have a winning ad and want variants. It is a separate workflow, not part of Marketing Studio. Higgsfield's 6 October 2026 changelog lists one reference video of 4 to 30 seconds plus up to 20 images, with output at 480p, 720p or 1080p. Its same-day blog post says there is no fixed price and gives a rough estimate of up to 140 credits to change the hook and call to action at 720p. The Generate button shows the real total |
The "AI Ad Generator" landing page on Higgsfield's site describes the same video workflow. It says every ad is powered by Seedance 2.0, a video model made by ByteDance, the company behind TikTok. Higgsfield's model list changes often (it also lists newer Seedance versions), so treat the engine as something that can change.
Four ways to start an ad
- Template. Pick a template from the library, then swap in your product. This is the main path in the help center, dated August 2026.
- Product link. Paste a product page address. Higgsfield pulls in the name, images and details. If the pull fails, upload product images yourself or use the prompt path.
- Reference ad. Point it at an ad you like and it rebuilds that ad with your product. Predis.ai, which sells a rival product, ran a test and reports that Higgsfield dropped the reference ad's transition and change of location, so treat this as a loose copy of the idea, not an exact one.
- Prompt. Describe the ad in words. A prompt is simply the written instruction you give the AI.
Formats offered
Higgsfield's help center groups the template library into categories including Product Shot, Motion, UGC, TikTok, Ads, Posters and Marketplace. Product Shot, Ads and Marketplace make images. UGC, Motion and TikTok make videos. Higgsfield's blog post of 18 August 2026 says the library has more than 1,500 templates and describes six categories, while the help center lists seven. Treat the count as the vendor's rough size, not a promise.
UGC means user-generated content: video that looks like a real customer filmed it on a phone. Higgsfield's UGC videos come as faceless, talking head and silent formats, up to 15 seconds per generation, according to its blog.
The AI Ad Generator page lists nine video modes: UGC, Tutorial, Product Review, Unboxing, UGC Virtual Try-On, Pro Virtual Try-On, Hyper Motion, TV Spot and Wild Card. You also pick an AI presenter from a bank of avatars. Higgsfield's AI Ad Generator page says there are 40+ ready avatars, and you can also generate your own. To keep the same face across many ads, pick one avatar and reuse it. For a face of your own design, see Soul ID, Higgsfield's way of training a consistent character. For clothing, see what AI try-on can and cannot prove.
Try Higgsfield with a discount
I use Higgsfield a lot and I love it, which is why I partnered with them to bring you a discount. Get started through this link and you can get up to 50% off for the first 3 hours after you log in. The size of the discount and the plans it covers can vary, so check the offer on screen.
Setup details most guides skip
- Shapes. Higgsfield's AI Ad Generator page lists 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 as standard aspect ratios. Pick the shape before you generate, because a different shape is a new generation.
- Product profile. If a link will not import, you can build the product from up to 5 images. An app link returns a UGC video of someone demoing your screen, so check the screen shown is current.
- One face. The help center says to reuse one avatar to keep the same face. For your own custom face, Soul ID is trained on 20 or more photos of one person, per Higgsfield's help center. Expect "clearly the same person", not an identical face.
- Brand Kit. In Ads Studio, Higgsfield says the brand kit loads your logo, colours, brand voice and selling points from your website, and lets you edit them. Compare each to your real brand guide before you trust it.
- Virality Predictor. Higgsfield's own wording, as quoted by Novoads, calls its score an estimate, not a guarantee. A French reviewer (Journal du Net) found its advice only partly useful for a luxury perfume ad. Use it as a prompt for questions, not as a pass mark.
- Voiceover in other languages. The same reviewer found French voice and diction not always satisfying. If you sell outside English, listen to the whole clip, twice.
- Credits reset. Subscription credits reset at renewal and do not roll over, per Higgsfield's help center, so a test month that ends with credits unused wastes them. Plan the burn before renewal.
Step by step: your first ad from a product page
- Check the product page first. One clean hero image, the right price, no pop-ups. Extraction can only be as good as the page it reads.
- Open Marketing Studio and add the product. Paste the link. Look at what it pulled in. Delete wrong images, upload better ones, and fix the name and description.
- Pick a mode. For a first test I would use UGC for the hook, Product Review for a proof-style ad, and Hyper Motion for a clean product shot with movement.
- Pick an avatar. Choose one that fits the buyer, not the one you like best.
- Write a one-line brief. The hook, the one benefit, the call to action. Keep it short so the voiceover has less room to wander.
- Read the credit number on the button. Higgsfield's help center says the exact cost shows before you confirm. That number is the real one for your template, length and resolution.
- Generate, then review. Use the checklist below. Download what passes.
- Export for the platform. Check the shape (usually 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts) and upload it to the ad platform yourself.
What it costs in credits (illustrative math)
Higgsfield's help center says the cost depends on the template and the output, and that the exact number shows on the Recreate or Generate button before you confirm. Higgsfield's 18 August 2026 blog does print a table: 47.62 credits for an 8 second 720p video, 89.2 for a 15 second 720p video, 1.5 for a 2K product shot and 7.5 for a 2K poster. I could not confirm those figures inside the product. Predis.ai, which sells a rival tool, reports that in its own test on 16 October 2026 a 15 second video cost 105 credits and a 2K product shot cost 2, both higher than Higgsfield's table. So treat the blog table as a lower bound and use the button.
Here is how I would reason with those numbers. Say, with made-up round numbers and not a Higgsfield price, that a 15 second video costs 100 credits and a 2K product shot 2. Higgsfield's Plus plan lists 1,200 credits a month (check the pricing page for the current figure). That buys 12 videos with no retakes. If only one in three is usable, you get about four finished ads for the month. Twenty 2K product shots would cost about 40 credits in the same example.
The lesson is simple: test the idea with cheap still images, then spend video credits only on the angles that win. My Higgsfield pricing page and credit spending guide go deeper on how credits behave.
Review checklist before you publish
- Product shape, colour and logo match the real item.
- Every word on screen is spelled correctly. AI models misspell.
- Read the voiceover word by word. Higgsfield's help center says voiceover and pacing vary by generation and should be reviewed before publishing.
- Hands, fingers and mouth movement look natural.
- No claim the client cannot back up: results, health benefits, earnings, "best".
- The presenter does not read as a real customer review (see rights, below).
- The platform's AI label is applied if its rules ask for one.
A 7 day test plan with pass and fail rules
Decide your pass and fail rules before you pay. Higgsfield's refund rule, from its help center and terms, is narrow: within 7 days of the first purchase, only if no credits were used, with a service fee of up to 6%. A real test uses credits, so run the single most decisive check first, and ask for a refund only if a gate fails before you generate.
- Day 1, import. Load three real product pages: a clean one, a messy one and an app page if you have one. Pass: name, price and at least three correct images come through.
- Day 2, modes. Make one UGC, one Product Review and one Hyper Motion for the same product. Pass: product recognisable, no garbled text or logo, no wrong word in the voiceover.
- Day 3, one face. Reuse one avatar across five variants. Pass: it is visibly the same person.
- Day 4, reference ad. Recreate an ad you admire. Pass: hook and shot order kept.
- Day 5, export. Export at 9:16 and check platform specs.
- Day 6, math. Divide credits spent by usable ads. That is your real cost per usable ad.
- Day 7, decide. If fewer than about one in three outputs is usable, skip it for this job. That threshold is mine, not a Higgsfield figure.
Take the same rule one step further: I would allow three tries per concept. If take three fails, change the avatar or the mode, not the prompt.
Limits to expect
- Long clips live elsewhere. Novoads and Predis.ai say a single 30 second clip comes from Higgsfield's Seedance 2.5 model outside Marketing Studio. Check which plans include it.
- Short clips. UGC videos top out at 15 seconds per generation. For 30 seconds, plan to stitch two clips in an editor.
- Regenerate, not edit. Video results are regenerated, not edited, so one wrong word in a video means a new generation and new credits. Higgsfield's pages differ on images: the help center says image results can be opened and edited in My generations (text, crop, background, lighting), while the August blog says Posters is the only category built for editing.
- Brand filters. Higgsfield's Cinema Studio help article says its content protection system detects real faces and protected IP and blocks matching generations. I could not confirm how it treats branded products in Marketing Studio, so a shop that sells other companies' brands should test a real product first.
- Marketplace templates. Do not assume a marketplace template meets the marketplace's own image rules. Read those rules yourself.
- Automation is weaker. The full template library is on the website. Through MCP (a connector that lets tools like Claude drive Higgsfield) you get a smaller set of presets, and those runs always cost credits.
When another tool is the better pick
- You need exact control of the words. Script-first tools, which start from the script you write, such as Arcads (an AI actor video ad maker) or Creatify (an ad maker that starts from a product link), may avoid regenerating a whole video for one wrong word. Check their current pages.
- You need still ads in many sizes with brand sign-off. A design tool such as Canva, which sets text as real editable layers, fits better than a video suite.
- You need a real human on camera. No AI presenter replaces a real customer testimonial.
- You need one fixed monthly price. Higgsfield cost moves with template, length and resolution.
For a wider comparison, see my Higgsfield vs Arcads and Creatify page.
Who should skip Marketing Studio
- Anyone who needs word-perfect scripted video from the first generation.
- Anyone who must sell and show other companies' branded products without testing the filters first.
- Anyone who cannot review each output by eye. Unreviewed AI ads are how wrong claims go live.
- Anyone expecting a guaranteed result. Nobody can promise that an AI ad will perform.
Rights, AI labels and client disclosure
This is information, not legal advice. Check local law and each platform's current rules.
- Higgsfield's terms say it does not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs and does not restrict commercial use of outputs. They also say outputs may not be unique, and that you are responsible for clearing rights in logos, trademarks and likenesses.
- Free plan wrinkle: Higgsfield's pricing table marks commercial use as not included on the Free plan, while its terms say it does not restrict commercial use of outputs, and free outputs also carry a watermark. For client work, use a paid plan or check with Higgsfield support first.
- Higgsfield's terms (section 4.4) say it may use your content, inputs and outputs to train its models, and say enterprise customers under a separate agreement are treated differently (an Enterprise agreement is a custom business contract). Do not upload anything confidential.
- The terms ask you to disclose AI output where law requires and not to remove provenance markers, which are hidden tags that show a file was made by AI.
- An AI presenter styled as a customer can read as a fake review. Do not present one as a real customer. Tell the client in writing that the presenter is synthetic.
- If a real person's face or voice is involved, you need their consent first. That is covered in my AI Influencer page.
Try it yourself: a one-line brief
Copy this and fill the brackets before you open the template:
Product: [name]. Buyer: [who]. Hook (first 3 seconds): [one sentence]. One benefit: [one sentence you can prove]. Call to action: [verb + place]. Do not say: [claims to avoid]. Mode: [UGC / Product Review / Hyper Motion]. Length: [8 or 15 seconds].
How I'd approach this
I would never start with video. I would pick one product, make a dozen still concepts first, run the 7 day test, and write down credits per usable ad. If that number makes sense against what the ad earns, I would then move to short video on the winners only. Keep every output behind a human review step, because the tool will not catch a wrong claim for you.
If you want this to be repeatable for a team, with a shared asset library and a sign-off step before anything is posted, Blur Studio builds that workflow around these tools. You can see how I set it up. If you just want to try the tool yourself, you can start at the Higgsfield site and read the plan page first.
Questions people ask
How long can a Marketing Studio ad be?
Higgsfield's blog says UGC videos are up to 15 seconds per generation. For a longer ad, make two clips and join them in an editor. Check the template page, because limits vary by template and change often.
Can I make an ad from just a product link?
Yes. The Product Link tool in Marketing Studio builds a short video ad from a pasted product page. If the page pull fails or grabs wrong images, upload your own images or use the prompt path. Check the page first for one clean hero image and the right price.
Is Marketing Studio the same as Click to Ad?
"Click to Ad" is not a name Higgsfield's help center uses. The link-to-video job is the Product Link tool inside Marketing Studio, and the page at Higgsfield's click-to-ad address is a Marketing Studio template gallery. Ads Studio is a separate tool for still ads, and Ad Multiplier is another separate tool. See my Click to Ad and Ads Studio page.
Why did my ad have a wrong word in the voiceover?
Higgsfield's own help center says voiceover and pacing in UGC videos vary by generation and should be reviewed before publishing. Because video results are regenerated rather than edited, fix it by regenerating with a shorter, simpler brief, or switch the avatar or mode.
Can I edit an ad after it is made?
Videos are regenerated, which costs credits again. For images, Higgsfield's pages differ: the help center says image results can be edited in My generations, and the August blog says only Posters are built for editing. Decide the script before you generate, and limit yourself to about three takes per concept.
Can I use the same AI person in every ad?
Yes. Pick one avatar and reuse it across variations. For a custom character, Higgsfield offers Soul ID. Check each result, because a face can drift between generations.
Can I use the ads for clients?
Higgsfield's terms do not restrict commercial use of outputs, and they say outputs may not be unique. On the Free plan, its pricing table marks commercial use as not included and outputs are watermarked, so use a paid plan or ask Higgsfield support first. You are responsible for rights in logos, products and any likeness, and for AI disclosure where rules require it. Check local law and platform rules, and tell the client the presenter is synthetic.
Does it work with Claude or MCP?
Partly. Higgsfield's help center says the full template library is web-only, a smaller preset set is available through MCP, and MCP generations always deduct credits. Current plans are on Higgsfield's plan page, and my pricing page explains credits.
