What do LMN and SingleOps cost for a landscape company?
Short answer: LMN, landscaping business management software for estimating, scheduling and job costing, costs $297 a month for Starter and $648 a month for Professional, billed monthly, as of November 2026. A one-time onboarding fee applies and extra licenses cost more. SingleOps, a sister product for tree care companies from the same maker (Granum), costs $220, $385 or $550 a month billed monthly, or $200, $350 and $500 on annual billing. SingleOps is built for arborists, so a landscaping firm should price LMN first.
You run a landscape or tree crew and want to know what LMN and SingleOps cost in total, what is extra, and whether a cheaper tool would do.
I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. LMN plans and prices
LMN sells three plans. The prices below come from LMN's pricing page, in US dollars, as of November 2026. LMN shows monthly billing only on that page, with a one-time onboarding fee on top.
| Plan | Price | Licenses included | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $297 a month | 1 office or crew lead plus 5 crew members | Companies with fewer than 10 employees |
| Professional | $648 a month | 3 office or crew leads plus 15 crew members | Companies with 10 or more employees |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Starts at 100 users | Multi-location companies |
A "license" is one login. Office and crew-lead licenses see the full system. Crew member licenses run the LMN Crew mobile app, where crews clock in, see job notes and take photos. Extra licenses on either plan cost more, and LMN does not list that price publicly, so ask when you book a demo.
What Starter includes
LMN lists budgeting, estimating, scheduling, invoicing and payments, the crew app, basic dashboards and a QuickBooks link for QuickBooks Online only. The plan comparison on its page also shows a client portal, route optimization and offline access in the crew app, so check the demo to confirm which of those sit on Starter.
What Professional adds
Real-time job costing (knowing whether a job will make money before the final invoice goes out), equipment and material costing, files and photos on documents, advanced dashboards and Zapier. QuickBooks covers both Online and Desktop on Professional and Enterprise. LMN's page also lists LMN Pay for card and bank payments on every plan.
My main point: if job costing is why you are looking at LMN, read the table twice. Real-time job costing is a Professional feature, and that is the $351 monthly gap between the two plans.
SingleOps plans and prices
SingleOps is tree care software, for arborists who need estimates, tree inventory and crew scheduling. It is made by Granum, the same company as LMN. Its prices, as of November 2026:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Extra office or sales user (monthly billing) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential (single crew) | $220 | $200 | $55 |
| Plus (1 or more crews) | $385 | $350 | $115 |
| Premier (3 or more crews) | $550 | $500 | $150 |
The pricing page lists crew users as free. Premier adds route optimization, automated follow-ups and business insights reporting. Plus adds map-based scheduling, options-based proposals and a Google Calendar link.
What they connect to
- QuickBooks: LMN links to QuickBooks Online on Starter and to both Online and Desktop on Professional. QuickBooks is accounting software for small firms. SingleOps lists QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop integrations.
- Zapier: LMN lists Zapier on Professional and says it reaches over 6,000 apps. Zapier is a service that moves data between apps without code. Its own plans start free, then $19.99 a month for multi-step workflows, as of November 2026. See Zapier vs Make and joining field service tools.
- Payments: LMN Pay takes cards and bank (ACH) payments on every LMN plan, and SingleOps lists integrated payments.
- Training: Greenius, Granum's crew training product, is a paid add-on on every LMN and SingleOps plan.
Onboarding and promotions
LMN's price carries a note: "after a one-time onboarding fee." The page does not show the amount, so ask for the number in writing before you sign. SingleOps lists a dedicated implementation specialist on every plan, so ask whether that carries a fee.
Both pages run a Black Friday offer that ends November 30, 2026: 4 months free on SingleOps, and 4 months free of LMN and Greenius plus four event tickets. Read the terms, since "4 months free" on a monthly contract is worth about $1,188 on Starter ($297 times 4) if it applies as worded.
Worked example, with made-up figures. A landscape maintenance firm with two crews and one office manager picks LMN Starter. Year one is $297 times 12, or $3,564, plus onboarding, and Greenius if wanted. Moving to Professional for job costing is $648 times 12, or $7,776. A tree company with one crew and two office users would pay about $220 plus $55, or $275 a month on SingleOps Essential billed monthly.
Cheaper options and when they fit
- Jobber, a job and invoicing app for small service teams, costs $29, $99 or $149 a month for one user on annual billing for Core, Connect and Grow, as of November 2026. Job costing comes with Grow. It is simpler than LMN, and its pricing page lists no landscape budgeting tool.
- Service Autopilot, lawn care software, lists $49, $199 and $499 a month for Startup, Pro and Pro Plus, plus a sign-up fee. Route optimization and job costing start on Pro. I compare it with LMN and Jobber in landscaping software.
Pick LMN when estimating and overhead recovery are where you lose money. Pick something simpler when you need scheduling and invoicing and have no one to run a budget. My price notes on Jobber go deeper on that route.
LMN against its competitors
| Tool | Starting price (November 2026) | Job costing | Pricing model |
|---|---|---|---|
| LMN | $297 a month, plus onboarding fee | Real-time costing on Professional ($648) | Plan with a set number of licenses |
| Jobber | $29 a month for one user, annual billing | Grow plan ($149 for one user) | By team size |
| Service Autopilot | $49 a month, plus sign-up fee | Pro plan ($199) | Plan tiers |
Read the table by cost per feature. LMN's price buys depth in budgeting and estimating, where you work out how much overhead each job must carry. Jobber and Service Autopilot cost less because they stop short of that. If you already know your overhead rate and price from a spreadsheet, you may be paying for a model you do not use.
Who each plan fits
- LMN Starter: one office person, one or two crews, and an owner who wants to learn the numbers. The six licenses cover that team.
- LMN Professional: three office people and up to 15 crew members who need job costing and Zapier links.
- SingleOps Essential: a single tree crew doing estimates, scheduling and invoices.
- SingleOps Premier: three or more crews that need route optimization and follow-up automations.
How I'd approach this
I would start with one question: where do I lose money, in the estimate or in the field? If it is the estimate, LMN Professional earns its price. If it is the field, a cheaper tool plus a weekly hours review might do the job. I would ask LMN for the onboarding fee and the extra license price in writing, compare the three-year total with Service Autopilot and Jobber, and only then take the Black Friday offer. And if neither fits how you price work, a small owned tool built around your own estimating sheet can cost less than three years of licenses.

Is there a cheaper alternative to LMN?
