Jobber pricing: what each plan costs at every team size, and what you'll really pay
Short answer: Jobber has four plans. On annual prepaid billing the standing prices are Core $29 a month (1 user), Connect $99 (1 user) to $299 (15 users), Grow $149 (1 user) to $399 (15 users), and Plus $399 (5 users) to $529 (15 users). Month to month with no commitment, the same plans run $49, $139 to $399, $199 to $499, and $499 to $699. Extra users are $29 a month each. Add-ons cost $29 (Receptionist), $49 (Pipeline) and $99 (Marketing Suite) a month, and card payments cost 2.9% plus 30 cents. Jobber periodically runs limited-time new-customer promos on top of these prices, so budget on the standing prices here, not whatever promo happens to be showing, and confirm the current offer on Jobber's own pricing page before you sign up.
You want the real number Jobber will charge your business at your actual team size, not the headline price for one person.
I'm Ranjit, and I run Blur Studio: 15+ years building software, 120 apps taken live, and clients who have gone on to raise $10M+. I build AI systems and processes that help businesses do a lot more with a lot less time. I also work differently from most of what else is out there, more on that further down this page. Say hello.
Jobber's pricing page shows a different price depending on two switches: how many people are on your team and how you choose to pay. Flip either one and every number on the page changes. On top of that, there is usually a new-customer promo running, which puts a lower first-year or first-three-months price in large type and the price you will actually pay afterwards in small print.
This page lays every combination out in one place. All prices are in US dollars, exclude sales tax, and come from Jobber's own pricing page, which I clicked through at every team size and billing option on 27 October 2026.
How much does Jobber cost per month?
These are Jobber's standing list prices, meaning what you pay once any intro offer ends. There are three ways to pay:
- Monthly, no commitment: billed monthly, cancel any time, and the subscription ends at the close of the billing period.
- Monthly, 1-year commitment: billed monthly but with a 12-month minimum term. If you cancel mid-year, Jobber keeps billing you monthly until the 12 months are up.
- Annual prepaid: the whole year billed up front. If you cancel, you keep access to the end of the term, but the payment is non-refundable.
| Plan | Users included | Monthly, no commitment | Monthly, 1-year commitment | Annual prepaid (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 | $49 | $39 | $29 |
| Connect | 1 | $139 | $119 | $99 |
| Connect | 5 | $199 | $169 | $149 |
| Connect | 10 | $299 | $259 | $229 |
| Connect | 15 | $399 | $339 | $299 |
| Grow | 1 | $199 | $169 | $149 |
| Grow | 5 | $299 | $259 | $229 |
| Grow | 10 | $399 | $349 | $299 |
| Grow | 15 | $499 | $429 | $399 |
| Plus | 5 | $499 | $439 | $399 |
| Plus | 10 | $599 | $499 | $449 |
| Plus | 15 | $699 | $599 | $529 |
A few things the table makes obvious once it is all in one place:
- Plus has no one-person version. It starts at 5 users, and its button on the pricing page says Contact Sales rather than starting a trial.
- Core is a one-person plan. When you set the team-size selector to 2-5 people or more, Core disappears from the page entirely.
- The tiers stop at 15 users. Set the selector to 16 or more and every plan switches to Contact Sales with no published price. Franchises and multi-location businesses go to Jobber's partnerships team for custom pricing.
- Annual saves real money. Grow for 5 users is $3,588 a year on no-commitment monthly billing and $2,748 a year prepaid, a difference of $840 for the same software.
Does Jobber run new-customer promos, and should you count on one?
Jobber runs new-customer discount promos on and off, not all the time, so there is not always one live. Treat whatever banner is on Jobber's pricing page the day you actually sign up as the real offer, not anything stated here, since promos change and expire. To show the shape these offers usually take, here is the one Jobber was running in late October 2026, for new customers only on each billing option:
- Annual prepaid: roughly 30% off for the first 12 months, then the standing annual price. Core showed $21 a month for 12 months, then $29. Grow for 5 users showed $161 for 12 months, then $229. Plus for 10 users showed $315 for 12 months, then $449.
- Monthly, 1-year commitment: roughly 40% off for the first 3 months only, then the standing price for the remaining nine. Core showed $24 for 3 months, then $39. Grow for 5 users showed $156 for 3 months, then $259.
- Monthly, no commitment: roughly 30% off for the first 3 months, then full price. Core showed $35 for 3 months, then $49. Grow for 1 user showed $140 for 3 months, then $199.
A promo like this is worth taking if one is running when you sign up, but do not budget on it. Monthly promos tend to last three months, annual promos tend to last a year, and then your renewal comes in meaningfully higher than your first bill, around 40% in the example above. Jobber runs offers like this periodically, so if nothing is live today, it is worth asking what is currently available before you pay the standing price.
What does each Jobber plan include?
Each plan includes everything in the one below it. This is how Jobber's own pricing page lists them.
- Core: online booking and scheduling, professional quotes, invoices with online payments, a simple website, built-in reporting, and the app marketplace with 100+ connected tools.
- Connect: adds automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, job checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking.
- Grow: adds quotes with photos and reviews, optional line items for upsells, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way texting with customers, and custom workflow automations.
- Plus: adds unlimited photo and video storage, crew scheduling with team @mentions, automated expense capture with alerts when a job's profit slips, custom reports, Pipeline, Marketing Suite, the AI Receptionist, dedicated onboarding and Premium Support.
The two features people most often upgrade for are QuickBooks Online sync, which starts on Connect, and job costing, which starts on Grow. Two-way texting is also a Grow feature, not a Connect one, which surprises people who assumed "Connect" meant customer messaging.
What costs extra on top of the plan?
| Extra | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Extra users | $29 a month each | Jobber counts a user as anyone who views or manages the team's schedule, in the office or the field |
| Receptionist (Jobber AI) | $29 a month | Includes 30 conversations per billing cycle, then $0.79 each. Included on Plus with unlimited usage |
| Pipeline | $49 a month | Tracks requests and quotes through to a booked job. Included on Plus |
| Marketing Suite | $99 a month | A customized marketing plan and customer re-engagement. Included on Plus |
| Card payments (Jobber Payments) | 2.9% + 30 cents | Per transaction. Jobber's help center lists a 0.2% discount on card fees through its card reader |
| Tap to Pay | 2.7% + 30 cents | In-person card payments on your phone |
| Bank (ACH) payments | 1% | Much cheaper than cards on large invoices |
| Instant payouts | 1% extra | Standard payouts take about two business days at no extra fee |
Two more costs sit outside Jobber's own bill. Zapier, which Jobber connects to on select plans, charges its own subscription once you go past its free tier. And GPS fleet tracking runs through partner apps in Jobber's marketplace, each with its own pricing.
The payment line is the one people forget, and it is often bigger than the subscription. A business taking $30,000 a month by card across 60 invoices pays about $870 in percentage fees plus $18 in per-transaction fees, close to $890 a month. Moving even half of that volume to bank payments at 1% saves around $290 a month, which would cover a Grow plan on its own.
What will Jobber really cost for a 1, 5 or 10 person team?
Here are three realistic setups on standing annual prices, which is how most settled businesses pay. Payment fees are left out because they depend on your revenue, but add them using the rates above.
A one-person business
- Quotes and invoices only: Core at $29 a month, or $348 a year. Month to month with no commitment it is $49, or $588 a year.
- You keep your books in QuickBooks Online: Connect at $99 a month, $1,188 a year, because the sync starts there.
- You miss calls on jobs: add the Receptionist at $29, so Core plus Receptionist is $58 a month.
- You want job costing: Grow at $149 a month, $1,788 a year.
A five-person crew
- Connect for 5 users: $149 a month, $1,788 a year.
- Grow for 5 users, the most common choice at this size because of job costing and two-way texting: $229 a month. Add the Receptionist and it is $258 a month, or $3,096 a year.
- Plus for 5 users: $399 a month, $4,788 a year, with the Receptionist, Pipeline and Marketing Suite included.
A ten-person crew
- Connect for 10 users: $229 a month, $2,748 a year.
- Grow for 10 users: $299 a month. With the Receptionist and Pipeline added, $377 a month.
- Grow plus all three add-ons: $299 + $29 + $49 + $99 = $476 a month.
- Plus for 10 users: $449 a month, $5,388 a year, which is $27 a month less than Grow with all three add-ons, and also adds custom reports, profit alerts, crew scheduling and Premium Support.
That last comparison is the most useful number on this page for a growing crew. If you are paying for two or three add-ons on Grow, price Plus before you renew, because on annual billing Plus can work out cheaper.
Should you buy the next tier up, or add single users?
When your head count falls between tiers, you have two choices: buy the smaller tier and add users at $29 each, or jump to the next tier. The tier jump is a fixed amount, so the answer depends on how many extra people you have.
- Grow, 7 people, annual: 5-user tier plus 2 users is $229 + $58 = $287. The 10-user tier is $299. Adding users is $12 cheaper.
- Grow, 8 people, annual: $229 + $87 = $316, against $299 for the 10-user tier. The bigger tier is now $17 cheaper and has room for two more hires.
- Grow, 8 people, no commitment: $299 + $87 = $386, against $399 for the 10-user tier. Here adding users still saves $13.
The rule of thumb on annual billing: up to two people over a tier, add users. Three or more, take the next tier. On no-commitment monthly the break-even sits at about four people over, because the gaps between tiers are wider. If you expect to hire within the year, the bigger tier usually wins either way.
How do I work out my own Jobber cost?
- Pick the first feature you cannot work without: QuickBooks sync means Connect, job costing means Grow, custom reports mean Plus.
- Find your team size in the table above, using the tier-versus-extra-users rule if you fall between tiers.
- Choose your billing. If you are sure you will use Jobber for a year, annual prepaid is the cheapest; if you are still testing, no commitment keeps you free to leave.
- Add any add-ons your plan does not include, and check whether Plus works out cheaper.
- Estimate your monthly card and bank volume and apply 2.9% plus 30 cents for cards and 1% for bank payments.
- Divide the yearly total by the number of jobs you do a year. Seeing the cost per job, often a couple of dollars, makes it easier to judge than a monthly figure.
You can try any of this before paying. Jobber's free trial runs 14 days on the Grow plan with no credit card, and if it lapses before you add billing details, nothing is deleted. You can upgrade at any time, but downgrades only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, which on annual means the end of the year.
Is Jobber worth it?
For small and mid-sized home service crews that want scheduling, quotes, invoices and payments in one easy app, it usually is. The price is published, the plans are clear once you see them laid out, and the 14-day trial lets you test it on real jobs. If you are comparing it with its closest rival, my Jobber vs Housecall Pro page puts both price lists side by side at the same team sizes.
It stops being good value when:
- You add people quickly and keep crossing tier lines.
- You buy add-ons one by one to rebuild what Plus already bundles.
- You need reports that join job data with your accounts, or profit by crew or job type, which the built-in reports do not give you. My Jobber reporting guide covers exactly where they stop.
- You have more than 15 users, several branches, or work that does not fit Jobber's request, quote, job and invoice flow, such as long multi-phase projects.
If several of those apply, read what to do when you outgrow Jobber and Jobber alternatives before your next renewal.
How I'd approach this
When an owner tells me Jobber has become expensive, the first thing I do is lay out their actual bill the way this page does: tier, billing option, extra users, add-ons and payment fees. More often than not the saving is in there already. Moving to annual billing, jumping a tier instead of stacking single users, switching to Plus instead of buying three add-ons, or nudging big invoices toward bank payments can take a real chunk off the monthly cost without changing anything your crew does.
If the bill is fine but you are paying for a higher plan just to get one report or one connection, that is where I usually help. Jobber has a solid API, and I can build the missing piece on top of it, a profit-by-job-type dashboard, a weekly owner summary, a QuickBooks join, while you stay on the plan that actually fits. My Jobber API guide explains what is possible. And if you have genuinely outgrown Jobber, I will tell you that plainly instead of building around it.
Questions people ask
What is the cheapest Jobber plan?
Core is the cheapest. Its standing price is $29 a month on annual prepaid billing, $39 a month on a monthly 1-year commitment, and $49 a month with no commitment, for one user. During promotions it can show lower for the first 3 or 12 months.
Is there a free Jobber plan?
No. Jobber offers a 14-day free trial on the Grow plan with no credit card needed. If the trial ends before you add billing details, your account data is not deleted.
How much does Jobber charge per extra user?
$29 a month for each user beyond what your plan includes. Connect and Grow are also sold in 1, 5, 10 and 15 user tiers, and Plus in 5, 10 and 15, so check whether the next tier is cheaper than adding single users. On annual Grow, three or more people over a tier usually means the next tier is cheaper.
Is Jobber's $21 a month price real?
It was a limited-time new-customer promo, not the standing price. In late October 2026, Core showed $21 a month for the first 12 months on annual prepaid billing as part of a "save up to 40%" offer, then $29 a month once the promo period ended. Jobber runs promos like this periodically, so confirm what is on Jobber's own page on the day you sign up rather than assuming $21 still applies.
What does Jobber charge for the AI Receptionist?
It is a $29 a month add-on that includes 30 conversations per billing cycle, then $0.79 for each extra conversation. It is included on the Plus plan with unlimited usage.
What are Jobber's payment processing fees?
Jobber Payments lists 2.9% plus 30 cents for card payments, 2.7% plus 30 cents for Tap to Pay, and 1% for bank (ACH) payments. Instant payouts to a debit card cost an extra 1%; standard payouts take about two business days.
Can I switch Jobber plans later?
Yes. Jobber lets you upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so on annual prepaid billing you would stay on the higher plan until the year ends.
