Chili Piper alternatives for lead routing and sales meeting scheduling
Short answer: The main Chili Piper alternatives are RevenueHero, Default, Calendly Teams and SavvyCal. As of October 2026, Chili Piper's Routing and Scheduling plan costs $15,000 a year, billed yearly, with 15 seats included. RevenueHero starts at a $79 monthly platform fee plus $25 a seat on yearly billing, and Calendly's Teams plan with routing forms starts from $16 a seat a month. A custom routing tool makes sense when your rules depend on data spread across many systems.
You're pricing Chili Piper for a sales team and finding its yearly-only, 15-seat-minimum plan doesn't fit a smaller team.

What does Chili Piper cost in October 2026?
Chili Piper's FAQ says all its plans are billed yearly, and monthly billing is not offered.
| Chili Piper plan | Yearly price | Seats included | Extra seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Routing and Scheduling | $15,000 ($1,250 a month) | 15 | $45 a seat a month |
| Experiences | $42,000 ($3,500 a month) | 30 | $50 a seat a month |
| ChiliCal (calendar only) | $12 a user a month | 200-seat minimum | Not listed |
Routing and Scheduling covers inbound lead routing and round robin, which shares leads evenly across reps. It also covers booking from any web form, handoffs from SDRs to account executives, live chat and Salesforce object routing. Experiences adds an AI chat that qualifies and routes visitors at any hour. Chili Piper offers discounts for longer terms, from 15% off for two years up to 40% off for four years.
Why do teams look for a Chili Piper alternative?
These reasons come from Chili Piper's own pricing page.
- The entry price is high for small teams: Routing and Scheduling starts at $15,000 a year. A team of five reps pays the same as a team of 15.
- Yearly billing only: There is no monthly plan to try it for a short time.
- No free trial or free plan: Chili Piper's page lists neither.
- ChiliCal needs 200 seats: The calendar-only option has a 200-seat minimum, so it suits large companies.
For a team with 15 or more reps and complex routing rules, Chili Piper can still be a good fit. Smaller teams often pay for more than they use.

Test speed before you buy. Fill in your own form as a buyer and time how long it takes to see a calendar.
When does a custom lead routing tool make sense?
Most sales teams should buy one of these tools. They handle common routing well. Custom routing pays off for teams like these.
- Your rules need data from many places: For example, routing depends on contract data in your billing system, product usage in your app and territory in your CRM.
- You sell through calls and messages too: Leads come in by phone, WhatsApp and web chat, and each needs the same routing.
- You want AI to qualify first: An AI agent asks a few questions, scores the lead and books only the right ones. My guide to AI lead qualification explains how this works.
- Seat costs keep rising: You have many reps who take a few meetings each.
Often the best setup keeps your scheduler and adds a custom routing layer in front of it. For more on where AI helps a sales team, see AI for sales.
How would Blur Studio approach it?
First, I fill in your web form as a buyer and follow the lead through your CRM. I time how long it takes to reach a rep, and I note where it waits. Many teams can fix this with better settings in the CRM and scheduler they already pay for. If your rules need data those tools can't see, I build the routing logic and connect it to your CRM and calendars. The code and logins stay with your company, and I keep the routing tested after launch.
Need something completely custom?
Everything above is a path to get it running quick and cheap. But sometimes the honest answer is that none of those quite fit, and what you actually need is something custom that you own, built uniquely for your business from the ground up, with AI thoughtfully designed into the parts of it that your processes actually benefit from. An asset that grows in value, not a generic, one-size-fits-all boilerplate that's an expense with a lock-in. This is a complete bespoke build, and it's something I do very well. Questions people ask
How much does Chili Piper cost?
As of October 2026, Chili Piper's Routing and Scheduling plan costs $15,000 a year with 15 seats, then $45 a seat a month. Experiences costs $42,000 a year with 30 seats. All plans are billed yearly.
Does Chili Piper have a free trial?
Chili Piper's pricing page lists no free trial and no free plan, as of October 2026. Its FAQ also says monthly billing is not offered.
What is lead routing software?
Lead routing software sends each new lead to the right sales rep based on rules, such as company size, region or account owner. Many tools also show that rep's calendar right away, so the buyer can book a meeting on the spot.
What is a cheaper alternative to Chili Piper?
RevenueHero Essentials starts at a $79 monthly platform fee plus $25 a seat on yearly billing, as of October 2026. Calendly's Teams plan, with routing forms, starts from $16 a seat a month.
Does Calendly do lead routing?
Calendly's Teams plan includes routing forms that screen and route leads, plus round robin, as of October 2026. Its Enterprise plan adds routing based on Salesforce lookups.
Why is Chili Piper only billed yearly with no monthly option?
Chili Piper positions itself for larger sales teams making an annual commitment, and its FAQ states plainly that monthly billing is not offered. If you want to test a tool before committing for a year, that alone rules it out for most small teams, which is exactly the gap RevenueHero and SavvyCal fill with monthly options.
Does lead routing software replace a CRM?
No, it sits in front of one. Routing software decides which rep a new lead goes to and books the meeting, then writes the result back into the CRM you already use, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, it does not store your customer records itself.
Roughly what does this cost?
As a broad reference, fixes and finishes start at around $1,500, and new builds start higher, always a fixed price agreed in writing before I start, never an hourly rate. My AI app cost guide explains what actually drives a quote up or down.
Is my project too small for this?
No. Most of the owners I work with have no tech team at all, that is the whole point. If the smarter move is a cheap software subscription instead of custom software, I will tell you that on the first call, even though it means I do not get paid.
